Great location!

Excellent location walk to beach. Quiet as well which was surprising! Ample space, excellent kitchen. We had a beautiful family stay filled with laughter and fun. Highly recommend!

NJ family reunion

We had an amazing time at this lovely house. The location was fantastic - only a block from the beach access yet quiet at night. Enough bedrooms for all of us and several spaces inside and out where we could all gather and spend time together. The rainfall shower was an unexpected and delightful find. Owners quick to respond to any messages. Highly recommended!

Nicer than the pics!

And I mean that in a great way! The pictures just don’t do this place justice. We were surprised with how nice this place was! I mean the pics are nice but the place is even nicer! Great family/friend location for Jersey shore fun! So close to the beach. Easy to walk back and forth just to use the bathroom or refill your water bottle. Nice little porch for people watching. Back deck and patio area for some extra sun, relaxing and hanging, and a private outdoor shower. It’s shared but private if that makes sense lol

Girls trip after prom

They had a great time , however there was no security guard (we were told there would be one) and the girls, upon arrival noted and informed John of a broken bathroom doorknob. It was not repaired during the girl’s stay. (we were told it would be fixed)

Great location, great place

Stayed during Labor Day weekend. Owners were very communicative and kind. Easy to find. 5 min walk to boardwalk. Kept very clean. Thank you Alyson and John. We had a great time.

Girls Weekend

I booked this Seaside Heights home for a Girls Getaway Weekend with life long friends. The house was great, big enough for all 6 of us. It was clean, nicely equipped and so close to the beach and boards. The owner John was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Awesome Location Great Owners

Location location location! This property was perfect for our large family getaway. Close enough to the beach that we could run back to the house for conveniences and lunch. The layout worked well for us as well. The 1st floor bedroom and bathroom was great for grandma and the bedrooms were big enough for hanging out in at night. The mattresses were also some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in away from home. The owner was accommodating and answered any text questions I had about the property and area. Definitely recommend!!!

Comfortable and pleasant stay!

What a lovely and very clean home. The location was fantastic and a quick walk to the boardwalk. John Anthony and Alyson were great and very communicative hosts. They responded very quickly when the hot water wasn't working and resolved it asap. Would recommend staying here!

Perfect Location; Great host

This trip was our yearly summer "girls trip". John was an excellent host - friendly and a great sense of humor. There was plenty of room for all of us and just a few houses from the boardwalk for us beach lovers. We were able to even watch the weekly Wednesday fireworks right from the front porch. We had access to Netflix for those movie lovers in our group. We will definitly book this property again should we stay at Seaside. Thank you John!

Moms and daughters Trip

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay with our daughters. The girls had their own space on the top floor and the moms stayed in the bottom two rooms. The large dining room table gave adequate space for us to play games when the rain chased us from the boardwalk. Great location for coming and going to the water as well as roaming the boardwalk. Perfect.

Great seaside weekend!

I stayed at 44 Hancock for a long weekend with my girlfriends. The property was beautiful and very close to the boardwalk. John Anthony was very communicative. We definitely recommend this property!

Friends weekend getaway

We are 4 couples, very close friends, who always spend a long weekend away together. This year we decided on the shore. The house was great to accommodate all the couples, there were queen size beds for all of us. The house looks smaller in the pictures, the 8 of us were actually quite comfortable. We had a great time being so close to the beach. We barbecued one night and went to aqua blu for dinner another night. House was clean. One bathroom and kitchen fully renovated, the other could use an update. All in all great stay.

We love Seaside Heights and this property was perfect in every way for our stay. Great location! Just past the busy area yet a short walk to everything - beach, boardwalk, rides, waterpark. The house was very accommodating to our needs. Eight is us stayed very comfortably with lots of extra room. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Great Stay

We had a great family vacation in Seaside Heights and John’s house was perfect for us. The location was great and John was very accommodating. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We look forward to spending our next family vacation here next Summer.

Clean and spacious

It is so close to the boardwalk and beach you won’t have to drive. You can leave your car parked and walk to the water park with ease. I would stay here again . The house was spacious and we had a great vacation

Close to the boardwalk

Pros: * super close to the beach/boardwalk * also close to the water park *very clean and a lot of room Cons: * listing is different than what the lease agreement states- I’ve traveled all over the world using Vrbo/AirBnB and I’ve never had to fill out a lease agreement and give my credit card for incidentals * communication wasn’t great. I had to call Vrbo and they needed to intervene * check was 2:30- but the cleaners were still there until 3:00 so we kept circling the block because there was nowhere to park * the landlord was ALWAYS around. Which is fine, I guess, because we aren’t tyrants, but he was always there. * They only give you 1 roll of TP, paper towels and there’s no dish soap, dishwasher detergent... no extras that have always, in my case, come with the rental. * uncomfortable beds All in all, it was ok. We loved being close to the beach.

Our stay at 44 Hancock in Seaside Heights

WONDERFUL! We were in search of a relatively close location for a much needed family getaway. John allowed us to book for 4 days and the property was exactly as described, we could not have been happier. Very clean and roomy. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck for some quiet time and sitting out front when we wanted to watch the world go by. The shower downstairs is Beautifully redone as is the kitchen. John was so friendly and accommodating,, and bonus, we had the pleasure of meeting him. Would recommend this property 100%
