The Sea Star welcomes you to Ogunquit and looks forward to hosting your vacation dreams and memories. This beautifully maintained year round home is located at Perkins Cove and is just steps from Marginal Way. You’ll be able stroll to all of the sights, sounds, and excitement of Ogunquit Beach and Village. Enjoy fine restaurants, premium shopping, and art galleries just outside your front door.

The 2,380 sq, ft, home boasts an airy and bright open concept floor plan with mahogany hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and skylights. It is an ideal space for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. Relax with your favorite beverage and a good book while savoring the ocean breeze on one of three decks the house offers, or kick back and grill.

The four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortably appointed. Ample parking, free wifi, cable TV, books, a chess and backgammon table, and board games are also available. For your convenience, the trolley stop is located just across the street.

We welcome you to our lovely home in this very special location and the perfect setting it offers to make lasting memories.

Perfect spot and close to fun

We had a girls weekend get-away for a 50th birthday. We were in walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as great walking just for fitness. The house was perfect for entertaining and socializing. We all had a wonderful time!

My friends and I came up for a girls' weekend and really enjoyed our stay! The house was really clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and fun stay. We stayed at this lovely property and enjoyed it. The space was wonderful for multi-generational family to stay in. Location cannot be beat - walking to everything and used the wagon provided to get to the beaches. Quiet and felt secluded despite being in the heart of it all. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Ogunquit Family Gathering

Superb location within steps to Perkins Cove shops and daily walks on beautiful Marginal Way. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Scott helped in every way as we dealt with unusually warm weather for a couple of days.
