Bienvenue au dernier étage de North Shore Place 503 à North Forest Beach!

Ce magnifique complexe est situé juste en face de la plage et à seulement 1 minute à pied de Coligny Plaza où vous trouverez, restaurants, boutiques et divertissements. C'est un complexe où vous pouvez garer votre voiture dans le parking couvert fermé et marcher ou faire du vélo pour tout ce que l'île a à offrir. L'emplacement est fantastique, tout est si proche du complexe!

La villa offre un merveilleux plan d'étage, le salon a du carrelage et est ouvert sur la cuisine et la salle à manger. La table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes, il y a des sièges supplémentaires au comptoir de la cuisine corain donnant sur la cuisine bien équipée. Le salon dispose d'un mobilier magnifique et confortable, d'un lecteur DVD, d'une télévision et de grandes fenêtres rendant la zone très accueillante et lumineuse. Hors du salon est un balcon privé qui donne sur Coligny Plaza et offre de belles vues lointaines sur l'océan, vous passerez de nombreuses heures à vous détendre et à profiter de la vue pendant votre séjour.

Il y a 2 chambres, la suite principale offre une literie king, de beaux draps et une salle de bain privée avec douche séparée et une grande baignoire. La chambre d'hôtes a un beau décor et offre 2 nouveaux lits doubles, matelas, draps et une salle de bain privée. Les deux chambres ont une télévision et il y a une buanderie dans la villa et toute la villa a été récemment peinte et le tapis a été remplacé dans les chambres.

La piscine et le bain à remous complexes sont situés au dernier étage du complexe où vous pourrez profiter des brises et des coups d'œil de l'océan. Les clients de North Shore Place peuvent également utiliser la piscine en bord de mer nord située directement en face du complexe Sea Crest. Le complexe est situé en face de Coligny Plaza où vous trouverez des boutiques, des restaurants et des divertissements, ce magnifique complexe fermé est l'endroit idéal pour vos prochaines vacances sur Hilton Head Island.

Love this property location to the beach, the rooftop pool and hottub, the shops, grocery and restaurants next door. So convenient!

Great location for laid back beach trip

We brought our 2 year old twins looking for an "easy" beach trip. The location was perfect. We left our beach gear in the car (gated parking), loaded up the wagon, and walked two blocks to the beach. Was great being across the street from Coligny Plaza with access to a grocery store (can even wheel your cart from Piggly Wiggly back to the property), restaurants, and shops. And at least 3 ice cream shops to choose from. On Sunday night there was even a magician/performer in the central area of the Coligny shopping center putting on a show. Again, if you are looking for a family friendly place and want to avoid driving, this is a great option. The unit was nice. 5th floor, great views. Nice patio. Could hear music from Coligny in the evenings (it was nice, not obnoxious). The pool/hot tub was on the 4th floor --- again, so convenient. There was a problem with the elevator during our trip (it didn't work the entire time, but that's not anyone's fault), so hiking up stairs with kids and a lot of gear was a challenge. The interior of the unit was fine, nothing flashy, but who needs that on a beach trip. Perfect for what we needed. The master bedroom really needs to be replaced. I found myself waking up in the middle of the bed. My husband who isn't a great sleeper to begin with really had a hard time getting comfortable and staying asleep. Aside from that, no complaints. All in all, would recommend the unit and would likely stay here again.

North Shore Place #503 Perfect!!!

Had an absolutely amazing and restful week here! Check in was flawless and description of the property was spot on .. we have always loved staying near Coligny and this was perfect! No problems at all and was really impressed with checked in with several times by the owner to make sure we were completely satisfied:-))) the only downside is our week went by so quickly! Would definitely book here again!! Thank you so much so much!!!

Great property in a great location

This condo was in very good condition and the perfect size for our family of 4 - my kids each had their own bed. The pool and hot tub were very nice and convenient. We didn't cook much there, but the kitchen is very well equipped if you want to (it has a toaster and a blender, too). The DVD player is BlueRay (in case you want to know what kinds of discs to bring). Very convenient to the beach (just 1 block away) and to stores/restaurants - we walked or rode our bikes everywhere. Loved the balcony overlooking the plaza.

April spring Break

Condo was clean, neat and we fully enjoyed the stay. Everything was as expected, and the view in the mornings from the balcony was superb. Not an exact ocean view, but we really enjoyed watching over the trees and all the goings on in the Colony square. Really everything you need is right within walking distance. We had bikes delivered prior to arrival and that was very nice. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes and we did enjoy the use of the oceanside pools and food and drinks at the Ocean Crest across the street which is included in the price. Was just a great trip and we will certainly consider it a top choice in the future.

Easter week get-away

Our stay at the unit was just so-so. We rented the unit through a management comcpany. The area is wonderful---minutes to a lovely beach, great place for walking on quiet Dunes Lane or jogging on the beach. A grocery store is located across the street as well as several restaurants and shops. The unit, however, leaves somethng to be desired. The walls need to be painted, carpet is somewhat dingy, blinds are broken and need to be replaced and applicances are older--probably original to the unit. The company who cleans the unit needs a lesson in how to get mold out of the shower and off the window sills, sweep behind the sofa and wipe food stains off the cupboards. Luckily we spent a great deal of time at the gorgeous beach and exploring the surrounding area, so all of that was a very pleasant experience.

Hello, I just received the review and I am quite surpised our guests usually love the unit. Since you are still on vacation I would like to send the cleaning crew over to make sure that everything is taken care of to your satisfaction; a staff member will be calling you shortly to make arrangements. Please note we do have the carpets cleaned on a regular basis and we will have the carpets cleaned upon your departure. The drying time for carpets is 24 hours so we must have them cleaned on a day when the property is not on a turn. Pertaining to the wall paint, the units unfortunately do take a beating due to the suitcases that guest travel with and will be addressed prior to the summer months this year. I do hope that you enjoy the rest of your stay and we will check with you to make sure the cleaners have done an excellant clean! Thank you!
