North Shore 406 was freshly painted throughout and newly updated in early 2026. All new flooring throughout also adds to the charm of this fabulous N. Forest Beach top floor townhouse! This bright and airy two-level 4th floor condominium features a spacious open floor plan with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the comforts of home. The dining room comfortably seats six with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The living room offers comfortable seating and a large wall-mounted smart television plus another flat screen television in each bedroom. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and features a king-size bed. Bedroom 2 is on the main level and has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is also on the 2nd floor and has 1 queen and 1 twin bed. The roof top pool and hot tub are just outside the entry door of this unit. Unit 406 also offers a wraparound balcony just off the living room which is perfect for a relaxing meal or cool drink. This rental includes privileges at the Oceanside Sea Crest Pool where the famous "Pool Bar Jim's" is located.

North Shore Place offers a secure, gated underground garage with an elevator, two parking spots, and plenty of luggage carts and bike racks. Conveniently located one block from the beach, and across the street from Coligny Plaza Shopping Center which has dozens of shops, restaurants, and the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. The new Low Country Celebration Park just off Pope Avenue is also just a short walk away. For larger groups - please inquire about North Shore 401 (3BR/3 Bath) located just on the other side of the pool or our nearby Sea Crest units located just across the street on the ocean side of the road.

One of the best vacation home. Very clean and the everything was just perfect as described. The location was also perfect, just 3 mins walk to beach, local mall across the street. Everything is available within 5-10 mins walk. Once checked in, no need to take the car out. The property is very secure as wel, great for family and friends.

The apartment was located in a very convenient area very close to lots of restaurants and stop only a walk across the street to everything you need. Don’t really need to rent a car if you’re flying in the house is beautiful very spacious had a lot of things we needed there already only thing we had to buy was more garbage bags. The house was clean. There was a few hairs in my bathroom, but was still overall clean I would definitely recommend staying there.

HHI for Christmas is a low-key experience. The crowds are small and the pace slower. Our wonderful trip was punctuated by the accomodations. The location was perfect-- the beach and so many restaurants and shops within a short walk's distant. The unit was well kept and well stocked. The decor was quite nice and to our tastes (not overcome with pastels like many beach condos can be). With 2 bedrooms and the laundry on the second floor it was easy for the six of us to be together and yet not feel like we were on top of each other. Add to that the sizeable outdoor, covered deck and everyone agreed it was an ideal place to stay. Would we return? Absolutely!

Location is amazing!

Perfect condo for our adult family. Easy walking distance to beach, shopping and great restaurants. Check in process was extremely easy. Rooftop pool and hot tub are amazing and literally right outside the door. We rented a few bikes with the beach credit and really enjoy the Hilton Head trails. We would love to go back!!!

Great time on HHI

We had a great time. The property was a 5 min walk to beach. Had a nice swimming pool area on property and near beach. The condo was very nice. No volume in upstairs tv is my only real complaint.

Hilton Head Island Gem

Our family of six recently stayed at the condo off of Coligny Circle on Hilton Head Island. The location was perfect. There were lots of restaurants, shops, a Piggly Wiggly and the beach all within a couple of minutes walk. The condo itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you would need to cook dinner at home (except your groceries).There were plenty of starter supplies to make life easy, such as toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, basic cooking ingredients... We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

NSP is in a great location. We only moved our vehicle a few times during our stay. The staff cleans the building and elevator daily. This is our 2nd time staying at this location. I will be back!

Carpet in lower level bedroom is ripped really bad and hurts if you step on it. Lots of dust and carpet needs replaced. That toilet also didnt flush unless my husband fixed the chain each time. Overall we loved it and it was nice but in need of some updates and a deep clean! Love the location which is right by the pool!!

We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the carpet and the toilet. The owner of North Shore 406 has renovations scheduled during December 2025 and January 2026. Upgrades include the following: New Carpet/Luxury Vinyl Planking in the bedrooms, hallways & stairs. Fresh Paint throughout the entire condo. Smooth ceilings for all current areas in the unit that currently have popcorn ceilings. Work performed on the kitchen cabinets. New dressers & nightstands in a couple of the bedrooms. Once the renovations are completed, we will have new photos taken for the web site. We truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, and we’re happy to hear you still enjoyed your visit overall. We’d love to welcome you back again for an even better experience in 2026

We knew 3 days ahead of arrival that the pool and jot tub were going to be closed during our stay. The construction process going on was a suprise to us. It was terribly noisy and dusty to the point we could not stay there more than 2 days. Fortunately it is not a busy season and the mgt compsny had another place we could move to.

We were very pleased to add this property to our rental program in May of this year (2022). Prior to that time - this unit was not on a rental program and was only used by the owner's family & friends. The unit has been very well received in the short amount of time it has been on the rental market for obvious reasons. The photos on our web site are recent & accurate - taken in May of 2022 when we added it to our program. The unit is very well appointed and in excellent shape - so we are not in agreement of this review stating that the unit needs a complete remodel from paint to carpet. All of our properties are decorated in the owner' personal style and preference unlike a hotel or timeshare. We have to assume that this property was just not a good fit for this particular person.

The property needs a major refresh and has some maintenance issues. Every bathroom sink needs to be unclogged and the downstairs bedroom shower did not drain. The master bed "squeaks' when you make the slightest movement and the kitchen could be far better equipped, appliances to utensils. Management company was good, easy to work with, nice and they told us the door lock was replaced and it needs a bit of a shove to open. We will not stay there again, even with a bit of a discount given at booking for us not using the bikes.

We appreciate your response. All of the items in this review have been addressed and rectified. There was an issue for a number of months trying to locate a leak coming from the roof of the building into the upstairs hallway that put most of the issues mentioned on pause until the leak could be repaired. After months of work with the regime company, the leak was repaired in the upstairs hallway in February 2024. The owner then replaced the carpet, painted the unit, and a few more refreshes. The sinks have also been cleaned out and the master bed has been tightened so it no longer squeaks.
