Duplex Apartment - 4 People - Sea View

The duplex apartments are two-level apartments located in the South West of Mauritius.

On the ground floor of the hotel residence of Tamarin in Mauritius, the pedestrian gateway is next to the garage door that can accommodate a car and various small equipment (windsurfing, golf bags, skite surfing, diving equipment etc ...).

A few steps lead to the front door of your apartment.

Thus, on the ground floor are an entrance hall, a toilet, a kitchen, a living room, a covered terrace with a large table for meals and a private garden that gives access to the outside to go to the swimming pool and the beach of La Preneuse.

From the living room, a staircase leads directly to the bedrooms, and between the two bedrooms are the bathroom and a second toilet.

The sea side room has a large bed two meters wide, with two bedside tables with lighting, a large closet, and communicates to a covered terrace with a teak deckchair and a small coffee table opium style in teak.

In the closet of the room, a small wall-mounted safe allows you to secure valuable personal documents and other jewelry.

On the terrace an O-style seat is hung on the wall.

In the bathroom there is a shower, a washbasin terrassa Bali, a washing machine, and a separate toilet and closed.

The mountain side room has two large single beds (1m20 wide) and two bedside tables with their individual lighting. A large cupboard is also present.

Between the two cupboards, a small secretary table allows to work with his laptop.

Just in front of the indoor parking, the duplex apartments all have a second outdoor parking space.

This apartment allows from the ground floor to have a beautiful view of the turquoise blue sea but only with a view to the right of the site. The entire view of La Preneuse beach being hidden by the back of the owner's villa.

A magnificent panoramic view is possible on the 1st floor of this apartment, with stunning views of the ocean above the roof of the owner's villa.
