"Nuevo en VRBO" Quiet Country Cottage en 20 acres

Bellamente remodelada recientemente casa rural de 1950. Esta casa de campo se encuentra en 20 acres cuidados con acceso a las propiedades del pozo de fuego y muchas áreas para caminar en la propiedad. Hay un bonito estanque y vistas al bosque desde la sala de estar.
Está a solo unos minutos del centro y de la hilera de baños, y a 1 minuto de Central Avenue. Y a solo 1 minuto de la tienda de comestibles y una gran tienda de licores. Hay restaurantes a 2-4 minutos. Lake Hamilton Marinas y alquiler de barcos están a 2-3 minutos.
La cabaña está a 600 pies de la carretera con un camino pavimentado que le da un sentimiento privado aislado. Para los meses más fríos hay una estufa de leña con leña.
Justo fuera de la puerta principal hay una terraza de madera con mecánicos para disfrutar de la propiedad.
La casa duerme 4. El dormitorio principal es un nuevo tamaño queen con colchones y ropa de cama nuevos. El segundo dormitorio es una cama de día 2 colchón. Tanto la cama de día y los colchones son nuevos en 2018.
También hay una conexión completa, 50 amperios, RV Pad disponible para alquiler para huéspedes adicionales del inquilino.
La casa fue completamente actualizada y renovada en 2018. Todos los muebles son también nuevos.

Los huéspedes deben tener en cuenta que para la protección de su vehículo no se estacionen directamente debajo de los grandes árboles que sobresalen de las partes de la calzada.

Great place

I came to town for a fishing tournament and only stayed one night but the house was easy to find and easy parking. The host was very accommodating and the house was very clean. This is definitely a place to stay if you’re coming into the lake Hamilton area.

Sweet cottage

The cottage is clean amd nice. It's out of town a little bit but that's what we like about. Wild life all around amd a quiet neighborhood. This is our 3 year staying here and we will be back.

Beautiful Home

Wonderful place to stay and the location is so pretty. The entire house was beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable beds and very nice furnishings. Lots of extra nice touches. It sits on top of a hill and the surroundings are gorgeous. Brad and Devon are lovely hosts and very helpful. The next time I am in Hots Springs I will definitely stay here again.

Brad and Devon were great hosts, and the property was terrific. Drinking coffee while watching the deer graze and squirrels play was a wonderful way to start our 35th wedding anniversary. Absolutely amazing!

The cottage and the property is amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft! Loved all the decor! Brad and Devon are great to work with and have thought of everything! Great Weekend Getaway

This was such a lovely place! We visited Brad and Devon's cottage for a quiet long weekend with our kids, and it was wonderful. The cottage is gorgeous, and clearly very well cared for. We cooked all of our meals at the house, and the kitchen had all of the basics we needed. Our kids loved exploring the woods and playing soccer on the big front lawn. Brad and Devon were great, attentive hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Cottage and Property

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilltop Cottage. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this was the best yet. Owners thought of everything, The cottage is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and had comfortable furniture including the queen bed. It did not seem like a vacation rental, it felt like home. Entire property including the cottage is very well maintained and taken care of. The cottage sits on a beautiful wooded property filled with wildlife. We will definitely stay again if in the Hot Springs area.

Lovely cottage!

This cottage is absolutely stunning! Attention to every detail. Our grandchildren loved the front deck and the grounds. The 'treehouse' was the bomb!! We watched the frogs jump at the pond and caught butterflies. We were close enough to state parks and the alligator farm and far enough away to have s'mores at night. A wonderful trip!! Thank you so much to our hosts.

Far Exceeded Expectations

Our stay at the Hilltop Cottage was perfect! I appreciated the care Brad and Devon put into their property. It is clean and tastefully decorated with little touches to make you feel comfortable and at home. I loved that we could utilize the whole property. My boys (3,6) loved exploring the woods, pond and play scape. That was such a bonus! 10/10 recommend!!

Relaxing

The cottage was super clean and comfortable. The decor of the cottage was fantastic and the property was gorgeous. The wildlife was abundant especially the deer. The cottage is charming and would be great for a couples get away or a young family. Take the time to explore the property. My daughter loved the little lake(pond) we wish we could have stayed longer just so we could have spent the day exploring all the trails around hot springs and the property. The host was great at communicating including directions for the cottage. 100% happy with this stay. Will stay again.
