This property is very well kept , its clean and loaded with all the essentials required.

The owners were great and easy to get along with. The area is very quite, beautiful and also safe.The home itself is spacious, great for entertaining, with a private swimming pool. I had allot of fun with family and friends sitting around the pool listening to the doves and other birds songs. This home is exactly what one wants for a stress free, relaxing vacation. I'm hoping to go back there very soon. JM,Calgary

Great Home! Great Owners!

We recently stayed in this wonderful home in April 2011. The owners made the rental process smooth and were a pleasure to work with. The home is in a quiet cul da sac and had and open layout which made entertaining easy. It was very clean and fully turn key. The back yard was Great! the pool and hot tub made the stay even more enjoyable, we were able to heat both and was able to enjoy and entertain in the wonderful weather. My friends and I look forward to visiting again and would definitely recommend this home to other visiting the area.

Really enjoyed this home & location

My husband & I recently rented this home for 5 weeks and were very pleased with the owners who were most accomadating & easy to deal with. The location & beautiful backyard provided sun /shade all day. The home is very clean & well maintained. The house is spacious and great for entertaining family/friends. We especially enyoyed the private quiet backyard and pool. We enjoyed it so much we are retuning next year!!

Lovely house and pool property

My husband and I stayed in this lovely house in November 2010 for 21/2 weeks and enjoyed it so much. The house was clean and comfortable and when we had friends visit, we had loads of room for everyone. The backyard is gorgous with a beautiful pool and spa. There is lots of space for outdoor entertaining. The owners were so nice, and we had no problems during our stay. We highly recommend this lovely house for a great vacation rental as it is also in a quiet, pretty neighborhood on a cul-de-sac.

We just rented this home ...

We just rented this home for a month and found it located in a quiet and safe neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. The property appears to be one of the larger lots in the area so there was a spacious backyard with pool, patio and lawn which was nice for entertaining guests. The fenced yard is also good for children. The home is also conveniently located close to shopping: Costco, Walmart, Target,and several grocery stores. It is only a half mile from Hwy 111. The La Quinta High school is located two blocks away and we were able to use their track and ball fields for exercise. The back of the house faces west so you get sunshine from early morning until late afternoon when the sun goes behind the mountains. There are also several large palm trees for shade if you prefer. The house is all one level, kitchen is well equipped with two electric ovens, gas cook top,and an extra refrigerator in garage. Our family and guests were very pleased with this rental.
