Loved the house and the lot. Easy access to the water, large pier. The loft area was great for the kids to have a place to hang out. The back porch and the swing was a favorite spot for all. My only negative was the queen and full size beds, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. We had a wonderful time!

A Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 and the physical property was just as described in the listing. I would certainly recommend this property with no reservations.

the cabin was very cozy and has a great floor plan/layout for our family! Very peaceful and relaxing. Property was exactly as described in the ad. We visited property in the off season but still had a wonderful time and was able to enjoy some lake activities. Absolutely loved the back deck! I can honestly say we did not want to leave when the time came. Would recommend staying here to anyone and we hope to be able to come back and enjoy it again.

Very enjoyable

The lake house was really nice Basically we were checking the place out for a longer stay in the spring Our only disapointment was the level of the lake but we understand and it was still nice and very beautiful. Plan to come again The amount of wildlife {deer) was a special treat to see

Lake get away

Very nice and spacious property! Very comfortable. Beautiful view! The weather was horrible while we were there, so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake, but the inside of the cabin was so comfortable that we had a great time just sitting around chatting.

Smith Lake/Rock the South

Pictures and description adequately describe the house. It was great for what we needed. Very nice porch area and boat dock. More comfortable porch furniture would be nice. Very nice view.

The property is very nice, beautiful setting and easy access to a very nice dock. The house was generally clean but could use a little deeper cleaning. There is a large covered deck that is great for outdoor dining, lake watching and napping on a swing-bed. There is a good BBQ. Bring charcoal and lighter as well as matches. My only complaint is that the deck furniture is not real comfortable. The chairs and ottomans need new, thicker cushions and there are no tables to set your drinks on. There is a large dining table that works well for large groups. The host responds to questions quickly. We did not have very much interaction but we didn’t need to. The house itself was nice and pretty well furnished. The kitchen could use some upgrades in the utensils department but overall no complaints. Bring your own toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo etc. Bath towels are supplied as were wash cloths (though they need to be renewed) but for some reason no hand towels. All in all score: 9.5/10. If would definitely stay here again. It is a bargain as far as I am concerned.
