About this property

Fresh cottage at beautiful Gullmarsfjorden with glass-enclosed porch

The holiday home looks modern with white walls and practically furnished.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking including a dish washer.

The bathroom has a shower, WC, sink and washing machine.

Down to the water it is 350m or approx. 4-5 minutes walking time.
The fjord has good mackerel.
It is 4 minutes down to the football pitch and 3 km to golf and mini golf.


The cottage also has a heat pump which, on hot summer days, cools down the cottage with air conditioning.
You can charge your electrical car (type2) for an additional fee.
If you want to rent the annex, an additional fee of NOK. 1500 sec for a week.

great house in a quiet environment

The house is really nice, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Good beds, fully equiped kitchen, everything we needed was present. The house has a large, very nice terrace and great garden. We also got a warm welcome from Stale. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful region in very nice house

Beautiful region, a lot of things to see and do. The house is fully furnished, including everything you need in the kitchen. We also rented the small house so that we had 3 bedrooms, ideal. Modern decor. Beautiful garden with several terraces and lots of garden furniture to sit or lie on. Barkedal is wonderfully quiet. In 5 minutes you can walk to the adjacent fjord, in 30-45 minutes by car you can reach the various beautiful coastal towns, nature reserves and petroglyphs. The owner is very friendly and responds very quickly. Great stay!

Great vacation

Had a superb time in a lovely house with all you need to spent the loved „summer in sweden“. House and garden was perfect. Surrounded by nature we had a lot of birds and animals like deers and squirrels in the garden. Fishing was great. Swimming as well. The region has a lot to explore and possibilities to do. Had a great time we will never forget. Ståle is a great contact. Happy to get to know him. Warmly welcomed us at his house. Kept us informed and stayed in contact if needed. If we plan an other trip to Gulmanarea we will check if the house is free to come back.

Ståle hat uns super nett empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und außerordentlich gut ausgestattet. Als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge liegt das Haus perfekt und auch ein Tag am Haus und am Wasser lässt sich gut verbringen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen

Wij waren erg blij met de serre die aan het huis gemaakt was en de gas BBQ.Met 5 minuten lopen zit je op een schitterende plek aan de fjord.Kinderen kunnen er vissen, veel krabben vangen. Wij hebben er genoten 6 dgn. lang.De keuken is compleet.

Entspannung pur an Schwedens Schärenküste

Dieses Ferienhaus war für uns als Familie perfekt als Ausgangspunkt geeignet, die schöne und vielfälltige Schärenküste Schwedens zu erkunden und zu genießen. Egal, ob entspannen, wandern, baden oder schlendern, alles kann man hier genießen. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles (und einiges mehr), was man so im Urlaub braucht.

Gemütliches Haus in schöner Lage

Wir haben eine tolle Woche hier mit unseren beiden Kindern verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten sind größer als es die Fotos vermuten lassen und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Zur Badestelle am Fjord sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss, mit dem Auto ist man schnell an der Küste. Stale ist ein super netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Alles in allem, sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Natur

Wir wurden wie Freunde persönlich begrüßt. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos (auch Whatts App). Stale fragte zwischendurch nach, ob alles OK ist, oder ob uns etwas fehlt. In Kurz: Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Haus.

Perfect location to explore the fjord and more

Das sehr schön gelegene Häuschen befindet dichtauf einem Fjord typischen Grundstück eingebettet in die Natur und nette Nachbarn. Speziell Stale war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Immer erreichbar und mit wertvollen Tips fürs. Wir sagen Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und die super Betreuung durch Stale. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn es passt... und dann würden wir gerne das Boot im Fjord ausprobieren.

Great holiday to Sweden

Great little cottage with good amenities. Great for families and communication with the host was super. They even provided a new travel cot for our daughter, to save us having to bring one from the UK. Overall our time there was great and we would have loved to stay longer.

gemütliches Ferienhaus in einer schönen Region

Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig und es war schön, dass wir grillen konnten. Unsere Tochter hat sich über die Wii gefreut.

Goed verzorgd sfeervol huisje

Een warm welkom door de eigenaar en zijn vrouw bij aankomst. Het huisje is sfeervol en goed verzorgd. Aan alles is gedacht. Rondom een leuke tuin met veel plekjes om te zitten of liggen, naar keuze in de zon of juist erbuiten. Vlakbij is een strandje aan het fjord en de omgeving is prachtig.

Fantastic place

The summer house is great, very well equipped and even looks better than on pictures. Well situated (close to water with boat) - we really enjoyed it and relaxed there. The owner is also very nice and helpful person.

Schönes, gut eingerichtetes Haus in toller Umgebung

Ein schön eingerichtetes Haus, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet! Hübscher Garten in netter Nachbarschaft, sehr netter Vermieter und der Fjord in etwa 350m Entfernung. Badestege und Felsen, aber auch Mini-Kiesstrand, bei dem es etwas flacher ins Wasser geht.

Können wir auch 6 Sterne geben? Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Haus. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge an die vielen sehenswerten Orte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt auch beim Frühstück am Fjord. Nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter. Gäbe es eine Saune wären 150% erreicht, so sind es 110% :-). Alles schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Norbert&Steffi aus Berlin

Zeer goed onderhouden huisje

Zeer net huisje , met alle comfort aanwezig ( WiFi, open haard, airco, Nintendo...). Bijzonder hartelijk ontvangst, mooie omgeving en vlak bij zee. Zeer zeker de moeite waard om hier nogmaals gebruik van te maken. Top aanrader

Härlig/herrlich!

Vi hade det så bra! Skönt hus och omnejd, lugn, nära vid vattnet. Det fanns allt vad vi behövde. Bra att resa till Lysekil, Smögen, Ramsvikslandet, Fjällbacka och inte att förglömma hällristningarna i Tanum. Tack så mycket, Ståle. Vi vill gärna komma tillbaka en gång! Es gefiel uns richtig gut! Schönes Haus und Umgebung, ruhig, nahe am Wasser. Es gab alles, was wir brauchten. Nicht weit zu fahren nach Lysekil, Smögen, Fjällbacka, und nicht zu vergessen, den Felsritzungen in Tanum.
