Welcome to this fresh and centrally located apartment with its own entrance which is part of a villa. Perfect location for those who want to live near salty baths and the center of Kungshamn. It is within walking distance to several swimming pools, piers and boathouse areas where you can sunbathe, swim, jump from a trampoline or fish for crabs, at Tågen's swimming pool there is also a handicap ramp. Feel free to take a trip down among the boathouses, perhaps a fishing boat has come ashore with today's catch that you can buy and enjoy. On lovely summer evenings, it is a given to gather on one of the apartment's two patios and perhaps enjoy the delicacies of the sea such as fresh prawns, crayfish or a well-stuffed crab. The apartment is on one level with associated two balcony areas, one where you can face the morning sun while you eat breakfast and the other for afternoon/evening sun. From the entrance on that balcony you enter an open and pleasant floor plan with hall, kitchen with dining area, a slightly lower ceiling height of approx. 2.0 m enhances a cozy impression. In the kitchen there is a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, two single beds and a TV. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed and the bathroom is equipped with a shower. In the kitchen there is both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The apartment has WiFi connection. On Sotenäset and in the surrounding area, there are several fishing and stonecutter communities with additional bathing areas as well as coastal paths and roads with a view of the Bohuslän archipelago. Kungshamn and adjacent Smögen also offer the opportunity to rent a kayak or boat so you can explore the beautiful archipelago on your own. If you want to take a look under the surface of the sea, there are diving experience opportunities both from land and boat. From Kungshamn you can take a taxi boat and visit the Hållö lighthouse or to Smögen and continue to experience archipelago life and the archipelago environment at the now world-famous jetty with bustling folk life, shops, restaurants and a variety of different boats. A nice choice for a day trip is a visit to Nordens Ark, a zoo where you can meet around 80 of the world's endangered animals. There, in beautiful nature, you get the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or to come face to face with the world's largest feline, the Amur tiger. In Väjern there is also Tumlaren, Sotenäs municipality's swimming and wellness facility with gym, wellness and indoor swimming.
