Este alojamiento ha sido nuestro alojamiento principal durante veinte años, apreciará su comodidad, la independencia de los diferentes espacios de vida, la gran comodidad del entorno inmediato y la facilidad de transporte y conexiones intramuros a estaciones y aeropuertos.

Phillipe is a wonderful host. We were delayed a day upon arrival and he offered us a night at the end to make it up , which was very much appreciated. The apartment is spacious , clean and comfortable for 5 plus adults. The beds are comfortable and cosy as advertised . The neighborhood is wonderful with local markets and nice restaurants nearby . We had a marvelous week.

Wonderful stay in Paris!

The place was perfect. Had everything we needed. A little off the tourist route which was great, yet also close and convenient to everything we needed. Metro stop half a block away!

There were 7 of us on this trip. This apartment worked well for us. We never had any issues with use of bathrooms and the metro was close by. This was walking distance to cute little shops, dining options and markets. We had a great time in Paris!

Gorgeous, perfect Paris apartment

We had a fantastic stay in Paris. The apartment is generous is size, well-appointed and clean. The front room was a favorite from all members of our group, slow mornings there with coffee were a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, quiet and removed enough from the busier parts of the city but so convenient to everything with metro stations and bus stations just feet away. The communications from the hosts were excellent. We all want to stay here again!

Nice stay

Philippe’s accommodations were the perfect fit for our family.The check in time and process worked out well after a long overnight flight.It is well-equipped. Lots of stairs to climb. The stairs weren’t a problem for us, but worth noting for others. The elevator is very small. The neighborhood is wonderful with easy access to markets, restaurants and the Metro.Thanks Philippe.

Love Paris

This apartment was perfectly located in a safe location but also easy access to a bus line and Metro station. There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance to your front door.

Great place

My family stayed during Christmas week and had a fabulous time. The place had enough room for 6 adults and Charles was a wonderful host. The apartment was close to stores, restaurants, metro and bus. I highly recommend.

If traveling with a large group can’t say enough about this place! Large,clean, many amenities provided, immediate response when I reached out with questions. Would definitely return to stay next time I visit Paris!

Females of the family retreat

The large apartment suited our mother/daughter group beautifully— plenty of space to gather or split up, it was well located close to transit, groceries restaurants. The owner was easily contacted and very helpful.

Best family holiday

We had a wonderful time in Paris with our adult children and partners. The nearby markets and cafes were great to experience and the avenue des gobelins metro and bus lines meant we could explore the museums, galleries and flea markets very easily. The configuration of the house gave us plenty of space to dine or catch-up together and also have time separately when we wanted. We would stay here again!

Wonderful large apartment

Amazing location for metro and bus connections. Large apartment accurately portrayed in photos. The owner was very responsive. Our family of seven loved our two week stay here.

Large clean apartment with all amenities

The apartment is located close to Metro Les Gobelins and to Mouffetard and Monge markets and areas of interest in the 5eme and central parts of Paris. An excellent place for a holiday in Paris.

Great location and everything you need for a terrific trip!

We loved Phillipe’s apartment. It was homey and well located close to metro, taxis, shopping and Rue Moufettard. We felt at home in this roomy place and finished our evenings listening to music and recapping our Paris adventures. Great for our multi-generational family. The elevator was a treat too!

Great spot, great owner.

4 senior women rented for 9 nights. We would rent again in a heartbeat. Owner even helped us with luggage and hailing a taxi when our Uber ap didn’t wotk. All the 5 stars responses are accurate 100%

Home away from home and so Paris!

We absolutely loved our time at Philippe's home. It was clean, comfortable, and so Parisian. It is so easy to get anywhere you need to go in Paris and the area around rue mouffetard is a perfect place to enjoy all the best of the city. The host made sure we were incredibly comfortable and answered all questions very promptly. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again! We went with young kids, and they also thought it was fantastic!

Perfect Location + Space

We enjoyed a fantastic week in Paris! The location and neighborhood are perfect. Just a short walk to the Metro and diverse restaurants in an adorable neighborhood. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and roomy. All three of our teenagers had room to spread out and relax. Highly recommend this rental for families and groups! Philippe was a great communicator and helped our stay run smoothly!

Beautiful apartment in the 5th

We were a party of six, two couples and two individuals. The apartment was bright spacious and clean. It's a great location less than a block from the Metro and a bus stop in front of the apartment. Everything you need is within walking distance. The communication with the owners couldn't have been better, they met us at the apartment and gave us a thorough overview. We wouldn't hesitate to rent the apartment again, highly recommended.

Great place to stay

We had a great time staying in this place in Paris. It was roomy enough for 6 people and was located very close to the Metro. We used the Metro to get everywhere in Paris. The apartment was also close to a few bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets. It was very convenient. The apartment itself had everything that we needed and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The owners were very nice and the check-in process went very smoothly. Thank you! We had a nice stay!

This is a great apartment and it is also in a great location; the metro station is only a block away and there are a lot of very good restaurants, shops, and grocery stores all within walking distance. During our stay, we had just a few questions for Philippe, which he addressed right away. Overall a great stay at Philippe's apartment!

Perfect for "girls" trip

We were 4 older women staying in Paris and this home allowed us to each have some space of our own, along with gathering room in living room, kitchen and dining area. Was convenient for us as we taxied or walked lots, and there was an elevator to assist in the 4 floors, although some of us walked and got great exercise! Full kitchen for storing bottles of wine, extra cheeses and pastries. Owner was easy to get a hold of if any questions. Couldn't have asked for much more!

3 generations

We had 3 generations on this family vacation. There was enough room in the apartment for all of us to have our own space. The building has an elevator which is very helpful. The area is close to the metro and bus stops. There are plenty of cafes, bakeries, and other food shopping all within walking. We felt at home and would love to come back again. Thank you Mr. Charles for making us feel welcomed.

Wonderful Apartment

This apartment is a gem. It is spacious, comfortable, and clean. It worked perfectly for our family. It has a full kitchen, 4 washrooms, and laundry. The location is great. It is about half a block from a Metro. It is about one block from the market and restaurants on Rue Mouffetard. The neighborhood is safe, but also lively. The hosts were attentive and helpful. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Fantastic apartment

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) had a wonderful time at the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, gets wonderful light, is thoughtfully furnished, is quiet, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well-stocked in a way that makes it easy to cook (spices, oil, etc., plus coffee and coffee machine), and is close to a supermarket and several street markets. It is in a great location and an easy walk to the metro. The host is helpful and was available if we needed anything. I would happily stay there again and recommend it to friends. It made for a memorable trip celebrating a family milestone.
