Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that overall you had a nice stay, and we truly appreciate you letting us know about the dryer, recliner, and living room chair—your notes help us make things better for future guests. We completely understand the desire to have your pet in the pool area. The HOA has a strict rule about pets there, it’s in place to keep the area safe and comfortable for everyone. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’d love the chance to host you again with an even better stay!

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the space, cleanliness, and location. We’ll share your comments about the kitchen items, and master bedroom furniture with the owner to help improve future stays. Our team did discover that the mattress was not aligned correctly with the box spring and have since adjusted it. Please note that only one pool key is assigned per property. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back.
