The cabin was very pretty and cozy. Beds were super comfortable. Only issue was the need for better kitchen utensils like pots, pans and baking dishes. Very easy to get to the cabin. Close to main strip. Also no room to actually use the pool table because pool cue sticks kept hitting the walls

The cabin was nice and worked great for 2 couples. The location was also great for the places we planned to visit. The lighting needs to be better, and the space is too small for a pool table.

Amazing Grace Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Amazing Grace cabin. There are a few minor maintenance things that should be addressed to keep the cabin looking so beautiful. We'd love to stay again.

My goodness it was more than we could have ever imagined!! It was so beautiful!! Peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Relationship was rebuilt and a marriage being plan all because of the getaway for the weekend!!

The Smokies for Her Senior Trip

We rented the Amazing Grace cabin for my stepdaughter's senior trip. It was perfect! She had the loft bedroom with a big king-sized bed and her own private jacuzzi tub in her room. We cooked most of our dinners while we were there, so the gas grill and full kitchen were very helpful. We especially liked the big hot tub on the back deck. Communication with the management company was handled through text messages and emails, but they were timely and the requests we made were taken care of quickly.

Decent

Problem with the heat and communication with the property manager over it wasn’t the best. It stayed cold in the main living area. Very drafty. Got too hot in the bedrooms, especially upstairs. We had to open the window to be able to sleep and it was probably 30 degrees outside. Essentials such as toilet paper were sparse.

Mountains trip

We had a great stay, my only complaint would be the bottom down stairs shower made a horrible noise every time we showered, & not to be a rude person because we did have a great time, but the house keeping needs to do a better job cleaning if your paying someone to clean. The floors were sticky, & there was a whole lot of dust. Also the porch needs more lighting, it was pitch black anytime we wanted to sit outside & hangout. Other than that we did have a great time.

The cabin was located very close to attractions and restaurants that we visited. It was also tucked away and very private. It had a great view of the sunrise off the front/side porch that I enjoyed most mornings. We did communicate with management about some minor issues by text. They responded immediately. We enjoyed the hot tub during early sunset (which was great!) as the hot tub lights did not work. This was the only item that maintenance could not repair during our stay. The fireplace in the living room is not gas as stated, but electric. We used it only in the early morning when it was cool. The cabin is stocked somewhat, but could use some updating. The cabin was clean for the most part. No bugs! We enjoyed the pool table for practice shots, since it was tight squeeze on the upper balcony. The video game machine was really cool! We had a lot of laughs and fun playing games. Location and Video Game were the best! Hot tub and pool table could be used, but with limitations. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Dirty and Tired

The cabin was dirty. Cobwebs on the walls. Floors were stained and dirty. Coffee pot had white flakes in it. No blankets for the beds (just sheets and unwashed comforters). Couch and pillows were worn and dirty. Hot tub was broken (maintenance team did repair it during our visit, but it did not get to temperature until the morning of check out). Light fixture in the main bedroom had a broken globe. Closets are filled with clutter. Toilet seat was broken. Pool table is scratched and worn. It is time to invest some time and money...even if you plan to sell it (for sale sign is posted out front). If you plan to stay here you may want to verify that they have used the additional cleaning and maintenance fees to update and improve this property.

Dirty and Worn Needs a Refresh

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Though the people at the office were nice the cabin was worn and in need of investing the cleaning and maintenance fees back into the location. I’m normally not one for bad reviews, but I wanted to give you a list of things to verify have been addressed before you book your stay. All of them are simple fixes, but the list is long and more than I wanted to take time to tell the staff about. Here is a list of the items noted during our stay that were dirty or broken. Dirty: Walls had cobwebs on them, bathrooms had dust, coffee pot was filthy, closets were full of clutter, carpet is stained and worn, porch needs pressure washed. Items broken or worn out during stay: Light fixture in main bedroom, hot tub had to be repaired during our stay, couch and pillows are past end of life, pool table needs resurfaced, blinds have multiple missing slats, for sale sign knocked down and dirty.

Amazing Grace

Clean property, good communication with Aunt Bugs. A bit over priced, has hot tub the cover needs replacing, kitchen table missing a chair, front room needs another chair, bedrooms could use a chair. Main bedroom has 2 side tables no dresser or bench for bags. Cable in all rooms Roku in front room wifi worked. Kitchen was decently stocked, only 1 kitchen towel, 1 trash bag given, BBQ pit outdoor is beach style, we bought a small BBQ from Walmart Air conditioning was excellent temp was 100 all week. It was warm upstairs and freezing on main level. Location was good close to many attractions

The only real complaint I had was the carpets are stained in the bedrooms, and the hot tub quit working but they got it repaired quickly. However once repaired it took 9 hours to heat back up. Overall the cabin was clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the cabin was fine. The carpet especially in the master bedroom needs to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned though. The light color is showing considerable use and has black streaks in places. The location is easily accessible to lots of local attractions but outside had an odor at times that was overpowering. Perhaps that has something to do with the proximity of Sevier County's solid waste site.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 2 BR/2 BA cabin was nice overall. The kids loved the hot tub and the community was peaceful. The carpet does need to be cleaned as there were stains in the bedroom. The most disappointing thing was the bed on the main floor. It was as hard as a rock, extremely uncomfortable and we woke up after the first night aching. As we were there for 7 days, we went out and bought a mattress pad to provide some sort of cushion. The dishwasher is very loud and right next to the bedroom wall so I recommend you run it 1-2 hours prior to going to bed. The shower makes a loud noise while running. The owners really need to invest in a decent mattress. The trash can is kept on the deck so we had nightly visitors from a family of raccoons (once at 4AM as they were having a party on the hot tub cover!) and learned quickly not to put any trash in that can. We also came home to a skunk on the deck. We didn't have a problem with the animals and they didn't bother us. But they are definitely all around this area. We loved the convenient location as we were only 5-10 minutes from most activities in Pigeon Forge. The team at Aunt Bugs were all great.
