OUTSIDE
A large grassy yard, a covered porch with rocking chairs, a separate open deck, a fire pit and a
charcoal grill. When Douglas Lake sits at higher levels you can see two channels from the property.
THE SETTING
Rural Sevier County, off Channel View Drive - open sky, rolling fields and lake channels cut through
the landscape. Quiet enough at night to hear nothing. Douglas Lake is a well-known bass and crappie
fishery, and it is the reason most guests choose this cabin over one closer to the attractions.

WORTH KNOWING BEFORE YOU BOOK
The cabin is in the lake area, not on the water - there is no dock, no shoreline and no lake access
from the property, and the channel views are seasonal and shift with water levels. There is no hot
tub and no pool. The second bedroom and half bath are up a flight of stairs. One exterior camera
covers the front door for arrivals and departures; there are no cameras inside or in the private
outdoor spaces. We would rather you know all of that now than discover it on arrival. Please follow all local burn bans when active.
