Stunning Quiet Beach Bungalow Newly Remodeled Contemporary Home (45 night min)
Beautiful quiet beach oasis. 1.5 blocks from the bay with stunning peeks of the water from your window. Custom remodel originally built in 1936 (complete remodel in 2018, everything new except original hardwood floors) with craftsman detailing. Lovely office space with modern mechanical stand-up or sitting desk. Not yet pictured, custom walk in closet. Contemporary furniture with custom copper accents and pulls throughout the home. Modern appliances and Italian range/oven. Full of natural light with abundant window light and the option of pulling the blackout curtains closed for privacy. Original hardwood floors. Floor to ceiling hand painted tile in stunning shower complete with rainfall spout and handheld or overhead 2nd faucet. Freestanding, insulated bathtub. Couches convert to Full size beds should you have additional guests join you during your stay; stay is most comfortable for 1 or 2 persons but could accommodate up to 4 with couches. 30 day minimum. Bedroom has a Queen Size bed.
