Unwind in San Luis Obispo in a newly constructed craftsman studio. The studio is fully furnished for a comfortable getaway for work or play. San Luis Obispo's temperate weather allows for relaxing in the studio's own spacious, private yard nearly all year.

You'll love being steps away from Downtown, and only a block from the very popular Lincoln Deli, and base of Cerro San Luis Obispo (Madonna Mt) for epic hikes and mountain biking. If Cal Poly is your destination, it's just over a mile away.

Within the studio is a full size bed, counter height dining table, 50" smart tv, compact washer/dryer, full kitchenette (including induction burner and countertop oven/airfryer), gorgeous bathroom, mini-split providing heating & air conditioning, and all essential products provided for a comfortable stay. Additionally, there's an impressive amount of storage. The bed even has a hydraulic lift for easy storage underneath. We can't wait to host you!
