Room was exactly as described and overlooked the beach. The condo was great, but the building itself had a lot of rules.

Beautiful weekend

This place was great! Right on the beach, clean, staff was nice! The view was beautiful! The pool is very spacious and you are provided beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.

Great trip!

My husband and I stayed in at this property in April 2023 and the photos look exactly like the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The entire property itself was very well kept and the staff was very friendly. The host was very responsive, and I would absolutely recommend this location and I would stay here again!

Great stay!

Condo was as advertised. Clean and nice condo with a beautiful view. Check-in process is a bit complicated. Multiple forms to fill out before arrival and experienced lengthy lines for check-in and the elevator to the condo. I would recommend and stay here again without hesitation!

Our first vacation

The communication with the property manager was key. Rose was the best. The staff at the hotel was incredible. Views immaculate. Terrazas is a fun place with great food and the beach is so very close.

Condo great but hotel staff and elevators need improved.

Beach staff stacked chairs at 5pm, most of the area that you sit in is shaded. Pool is amazing, elevator situation is absolutely horrible. Condo owner was amazing and communicated with me almost daily. Highly recommend Laurie w Zen Vacation Rentals.

Beautiful views nice amenities

We stayed here for 3 days / 3 nights and would stay here again. We loved sitting on the patio staring at the ocean. It’s an urban beach view so expect looking around buildings, but the pictures are accurate and the view is very calming. Bed was also comfortable and it was so nice to be able to look at the ocean as we woke up. The pool was also beautiful and super convenient with a bar and restaurant. Food was fantastic as was the Japanese restaurant next door. Would highly recommend both of them. It’s a 10 min Uber to Hollywood beach boardwalk which has several beachfront restaurants and shops…including margaritaville. An Uber to Hard Rock Live was 25-35 mins depending on traffic. Thanks for the hospitality!

Surpassed my expectations

My stay at the Hyde was exceptional! From the moment I arrived there, the valet service parked my vehicle for me and staff immediately brought my luggage’s and belongings to my room. The room was perfectly prepared for me and clean and extremely welcoming. Laure the host was very responsive and messaged me throughout my stay to make sure I had all I needed and wanted to be sure I was enjoying my stay. The condo was out of this world, luxurious, simple and gorgeous. The room has all you need; Washer, dryer, coffee machine, appliances, towels, safe etc. The pool and bar area were amazing to lounge and relax. Im definitely booking my stay here next time time I visit Hollywood.

Nice Local Getaway

I booked this property for a little getaway to rest and rest is exactly what I did. The view is gorgeous not a full ocean view but it works. The condo was really cute with everything you need. Being a local the only downfalls for me was the parking and resort fees. It was literally a last minute book, but if I would have been thinking properly I would have caught an uber/lyft. And the resort fees I didn't use anything such as pool, gym, etc. I was in the room most of the time, I left out once to go to the store and that was it for me. The communication was awesome. I definitely recommend this for out of towners, but if you are local catch a uber/lyft or get dropped off and make sure to use every bit of the resort. I would definitely stay again.
