The unit its located in the Tide complex 3901 building on the 8th floor and provides a large living and dining room.

The apartment has a large bedroom with two queen beds and walk-in closet, large living room with comfortable sofa-bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and kitchen.

From the balcony, you can see the Atlantic Ocean and the beach.

High-speed internet and cable TV with a 60-inch-flat -screen smartTV in the living room and another flat TV in the bedroom. If you use your Netflix account, please remember to remove it when you leave.

The unit is NON-smoking, NO pets allowed under any circumstances.

Guests can receive packages while at the building. There will be a fee of USD 7 per package, charged by the administration and payable by the guest. You have to present an ID.

Pool open sun up to sun down.

The washer and dryers are operated using a laundry card that is provided to you ($7 fee for loss). The card is rechargeable at the ground floor using a debit/credit card only. Prices are $1.85 per wash or $1.85 per dry.
