Questa suggestiva Villa offre la possibilità di "allontanarsi da tutto", ma è a soli dieci minuti dalle meravigliose sale da pranzo, negozi e attività di Cruz Bay ea soli quattordici minuti dalle spiagge della costa nord.

Arco Iris dispone di tre camere da letto king size di pari dimensioni con aria condizionata. Ogni camera dispone di bagno privato, balconi / patio individuali e favolose viste su Fish Bay. Ti godrai anche le docce private interne / esterne che ti permetteranno di ammirare i Caraibi.

La grande sala aperta e la grande cucina a concetto aperto portano l'intrattenimento ad un nuovo livello. Quattro serie di porte scorrevoli in vetro schermato incorniciano la stanza permettendo alla fresca brezza caraibica di fluire. Ammira la vista da qualsiasi punto della stanza. Un ampio balcone coperto avvolge la grande sala creando veri e propri spazi abitativi interni / esterni. Non vedrai l'ora di condividere i pasti sul balcone mentre ti immergi nell'atmosfera.
Una piscina 10 x 20 con una panca da 6 piedi di lunghezza è il fulcro del patio esterno piastrellato. Questa spaziosa area è arredata con sedie a sdraio e un comodo set di sedute per conversazione.

Beautiful relaxing stay
Such a wonderful experience all the way around. From the property manager guiding us there after showing us a market to pick up a few things and helping us with information about the island to waking up to a beautiful view of the waves crashing in the distance! Kitchen has everything you could need and outdoor closet had all the beach necessities! One of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed! 100/10!!!

We arrived and were told someone before us left a door open and there were some mosquitoes and we were give a bag of supplies (electric fly swaggers, other items. We killed mosquitoes for 7 days straight- they never stopped- there was obviously an infestation. Power outages (not owner fault) on and off for 4 days knocked out well pump and we had to call each time to have primed. While out we had no toilets.

We had a great time. Perfect location on the island. You can pretty much get anywhere you need to within ~20 minutes and only 10 minutes away from the primary area down in Cruz bay.

Didn’t want to leave
We enjoyed the house and porch and view so much that we didnt even go anywhere but the grocery store to get food for dinner for several days. It is a super nice area of the island and co Venice to Star market, Cruz bay, restaurants and the beautiful beaches (if you feel like leaving the house).

Great views great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at Arco Iris. The views are beautiful and pool and the villa are very private. It’s a quick 10 minute drive into town just be careful on the hilly roads especially driving on the opposite side then in the US. The indoor/outdoor style shower in the master is the most spectacular view! We went to different beaches every morning but often enjoyed getting takeout for dinner and eating on the outdoor porches and also sitting by the pool in the afternoon. Sunsets every morning were picture perfect.

Beautiful views!
House is beautiful, well-stocked and has great spaces for 3 couple to spread out. We had an issue with one shower, which was resolved super quickly by the property manager, Eric. FYI, all bedrooms open externally and aren’t connected to the main living room/kitchen. Not a big deal, but I just didn’t feel like that was clear from the listing and was surprised upon arriving. Takes a little extra work to lock up when coming and going. But I think this is common on the island. Some construction going on nearby during the day which was fairly noisy, so if you’re planning on relaxing/ napping during the day, be aware. But that should be temporary. Thanks for a great trip!

Great house, will be back
Spent 8 days at Arco Iris with our two young 20s kids. We all loved the house. The layout was great with the bedrooms all like separate hotel rooms. Amazing views, loved sitting on the deck and watching turtles in the bay and iguanas by the pool. The outdoor showers were a big plus. House was well stocked with everything we needed for beach days, cooking and we also used the board games a few nights. Location was also good, close enough to Cruz bay but quiet. We loved St John and would definitely stay at Arco Iris again!

Exceeded expectations
This was not our first visit to St. John but it was our first stay. We had previously taken day trips from St Thomas. We have stayed in many VRBO properties in different places and we have never really had a bad experience. Our expectations are realistic- cleanliness, everything working and a place that lives up to the photos with friendly responsive management if something isn’t working. This property exceeded my expectations. It was actually more beautiful than pictured with breathtaking views, everything we needed and more during our stay. We so appreciated having beach towels, beach chairs and even a tent when we went out each day. Returning to this serene oasis each day was wonderful. There is AC in all the rooms and works very well. The grounds were full of beautiful plants, flowers and trees. The gorgeous views were present no matter where we were, inside or out. JP gave us a lot of great information about places to visit and things to do, most of which we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arco Iris! If we are lucky enough to return to St. John, we would definitely stay at Arco Iris again.

still loving Arco Iris
I just reviewed this property because I had two separate but contiguous reservations. However, I will add a few things I left out. The living area is well furnished and is one of the few houses I've rented that has air conditioning though with the great breezes you will rarely need it. Most houses just have AC in the BRs. Many houses in St. John have treacherous driveways that are hard to get in and out of but this house has one of the easiest. All three BRs are isolated enough for privacy and overall the house can be as private as you like. It is so nice, we almost never wanted to leave and explore the island,

Loving Arco Iris
We have been vacationing here for over 20 years and this is the best place we have stayed. This is a great property. The location gives access to wonderful breezes and an idyllic view of the Caribbean. It is also away from the hustle and bustle of Cruz bay but not too far away. The house is as good or better than advertised. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a “taste and replace”bar area with jiggers, wine stoppers and a martini shaker. The outside is well furnished on both levels. We are planning on returning here next year. The rental company was great. They have been available for questions and even had some complimentary goodies in the fridge when we arrived. Can’t wait to get back here.

A beautiful gem overlooking Fish Bay
We had a very nice stay at Arco Iris. There were 4 of us. The place is well kept and the accommodations were very comfortable There were plenty of towels for bathing and swimming and the sheets were cozy. The kitchen was stocked nicely with everything you need to cook, bake or grill. There were lots of beach chairs, coolers, rafts/floats and fans (if you’re like me and need one for white noise). It’s about 10 minutes outside of town so you will need a car or Jeep. We tried to get a taxi to pick us up one day to take us into town while the other couple was out with the Jeep but no one would come so prepare for that! The pool is not heated but it isn’t freezing so it actually felt good! Always fun to play a game of ping pong while you’re hanging by the pool. It was a very pretty view from all of the decks. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Since there is no airport in St John, you will have to fly in to St Thomas and take the ferry over. Be careful of the car ferry people. They talked us into a two way ticket. A woman warned us that you have to take the same ferry back but of course the day we left that ferry wasn’t running so we had to buy another ticket. We would highly recommend Arco Iris😍

Arco Iris was a wonderful stay for our family, location and view were wonderful. Enjoyed the pool and ping pong, and the home and linens were very comfortable. Great communication from the owner and property manager throughout.

Perfect honeymoon spot
Everything about this house was awesome. Huge kitchen with essentials included, three master suites, pool, multiple decks, beautiful views, outdoor shower, and all the beach gear we needed. Fantastic AC as well. Great communication from JP and he met us at our jeep rental place to escort us to the house and show us around. He even quickly came to our rescue when I accidentally locked the keys in the bedroom. Super private while only 10 mins from Cruz Bay. Absolutely incredible and plan to return to this house with friends of ours!

Perfect family vacation.
Our group of 4 was blown away with this house from the moment we walked in the door. We knew from the scenic drive up to the house that it was going to better than we expected & it absolutely was. I had to pinch myself with that spectacular view from every single room in the house. The attention to detail was impressive….. these aren’t your average hosts…. A much appreciated phone call several days prior to our trip with awesome tips, a person meeting us at the car ferry to lead us to up to the house, a generous welcome basket, brand new dish sponges, well appointed kitchen, games for family fun, washing machine pods, and all the beach/snorkeling gear you could imagine. This place has it all!! The pool was refreshing, the lounge chairs were comfortable, the king beds were perfect for our group, the ping pong table was fabulous, the ample outdoor seating to take in the views was another incredible feature. My only wish was that I had another week there! Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of Heaven. We will be back!! St. John is an incredible place and this immaculate home was the icing on the cake.

Everything was perfect start to finish! The villa had a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Coolers, beach chairs, beach tent and snorkel gear were greatly appreciated. The outside space was great for sun and shade. Although the villa had air conditioning, the breezes at night were better than a/c!! Delightful! Our host, JP, was more than accommodating including our welcome basket of goodies from North Shore Deli….our favorite place to grab lunch to take to the beach. Definitely a place we would return to again!

Fantastic Property in Paradise
Great house with a spectacular view. Three master suites and a large common area with spacious deck. Pool and deck made for fun afternoons and evenings. Fully furnished kitchen. About a 10 minute drive from the ferry dock. Appreciated the beach toys, snorkel gear (especially spare parts!), coolers, chairs, etc. that made our days at the beach that much more fun! We are Jeff and Jennie O'Bryan from Nashville, TN. From the first moment we stepped off of the Ferry and on to the island twelve years ago, we have shared the dream of one day own a home in St. John. Every time we vacationed here we would have the same conversation, "Can you imagine if we could one day move here?" Well, this past year when I said this to Jennie she replied, "Why not us?" We started investigating to see what it would take to make it happen. Ok, in all honesty, Jennie started investing and I am so blessed that she did. We have always dreamed of a family legacy and having a place our four kids and us can create lasting memories and shared experiences. To our surprise, it was possible!

Living in Nashville is amazing for our family. It is a fantastic city with so much to offer; Music, Arts, Professional Sports, a great Culinary Scene and local lakes. We love to spend time on the lake or take in live music around the city. But with that comes all the other headaches, traffic, a busy work scheduled, kids and school schedules and of course cold weather! Arco Iris now allows our family to escape and truly relax and enjoy paradise.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Arco Iris means "Rainbow" in Spanish. I can truly say that Arco Iris is our "Pot of Gold" at the end of the rainbow. Once we made the decision that it was possible, Jennie and I set out on a search of the perfect home away from home. Again, I have to tell you how blessed I am to have an amazing wife. Jennie launched an in-depth exploration with endless hours of research. Ironically, the first house she showed me online was Arco Iris! Boy, can she picks them right the first time? Even though we ultimately toured twelve different properties, Arco Iris had us in love from the moment we saw it.

When we first pulled in the driveway and approached the doorway Jennie and I melted at the view. Peeking through doorway to the balcony we saw the sun glistening off the blue Caribbean and the view was stunning to us. We never got past that moment with any other property we visited. The open concept of the kitchen - great room is perfect for our large family. We love to entertain and the wrap around balcony provides extensive indoor / outdoor living space to relax or live it up!

The huge pool deck is amazing, especially for all the family guest we plan on having there with us. There is plenty of space to spread out. Places to sunbath or if your sunned out relax in the shaded sitting around. Swim in the pool or simply relax with a drink sitting in the water on the six-foot pool bench.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

First, if you have ever visited St. John you know that there are amazing hills with fantastic views. However, that means that most home have extreme driveways usually without turnaround spots! Arco Iris' drive is ample, level and provides a turn-around spot, very important! Trust me....

The Three Private King Suites with A/C allows couples or families the privacy they desire. Also, it is a great perk not to argue over which couple gets what room because they are all amazing.

There is also beautiful landscaping and stepping stones that allows you to take a stroll through the property.

Jennie and I hope you fall in love with Arco Iris just like we did!
