Magnificent 300 degree views of New Hampshire mountains. Local skiing, boating, canoe/kayak rentals, hiking, bike rentals, swimming, fishing, museums, antique stores, Polar Caves, Covered Bridges, restaurants, shopping, Whale's Tale water park, Hobo R.R., Lost River Gorge, Clark's Trading Post, Castle in the Clouds, Canterbury Quaker Village & Flume Gorge. Waterfall within walking distance of the condo. Also convenient to Loon, Ragged, Cannon, Waterville and Gunstock and Lake Winnipesaukee.

Located conveniently between Lakes Region and the White Mountains. Many popular attractions within a 30 mile range. Close to quaint town center, shopping, restaurants and Speare Hospital. Super Walmart 3 miles from house. Close to routes. 93, 3, 3A, and 25. Newfound Lake is 11 miles. Weirs Beach less than 1/2 hour. Close to Lincoln/Woodstock and Tilton Outlets.

Plymouth State University: Our rental is approximately 3 miles from Plymouth State University. It is a great house for renting during graduations or any other occasion/event at the University.

Tenney Mountain is a ski mountain that is also close to Ragged Mt, Cannon Mt, Waterville Mt, Loon Mt and Gunstock mt. Reasonable rates for a large home that has bedrooms each with their own private baths. Separate whirlpool/sauna room on first floor.

Hiking and water rafting.: Our rental is close to the white mountains and the Pemigewasset river. Polar caves are 3 miles. Wellington State Park is 10 miles. Stinson Mt. 6 miles. On Tenney Mt! Close to Ragged Mt, Cannon Mt. Waterville Mt., and Loon Mt as well as Gunstock.

Sit on the deck, relax and enjoy the views and mountain air! Electric sunshade.

Lovely stay

Nice Tenney Mountain Rental!

Great rental near Tenney Mountain. Perfect for those traveling with children. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi hot tub too!

A Nice Family Home

The house was clean & neat. There were 3 nice size bedrooms & they all had their own full bathroom which is great for families. They even have a room with a sauna with a soaking tub & extra shower. All in all it was very nice & comfortable to start there. The only drawback I found was that a few of the blinds on the windows were broken so you couldn’t either pick them all the way up or put them all the way down, they were just lopsided which was a little frustrating. Other than that things were great.

Plenty of room; beautiful mountain views

Overall, a very good experience. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for our family. Location was great for family wedding we were attending. Beautiful mountain views. Perhaps the property had been empty for awhile before we arrived as there were multiple dead insects noticed on the carpet and bathroom counters.

Family vacation

The house is in a great location in Plymouth NH. It has lots of rooms. 4 bedrooms, was a big plus. Hot tub, sauna and shower was a big hit. Staying in the summer , there is air conditioning in each room. The Mountain View is beautiful. All of us had so much fun. Hope to spend another vacation there again.

Great Location

We were a small gathering of riders for a bike weekend, everyone in the group thought the house and location was perfect. Spectacular views to wake up to as the fog lifts from the mountains. Truly enjoyed our stay there. Thanks so much.

Beautiful views

We had a great time staying here. The views were beautiful and a great central location to drive to Vermont and Maine. The house was very comfortable and very clean upon arrival. Communication was easy. Could it use a few upgrades, sure, but still a great house. We’re from Texas and if we do this trip again I would definitely stay here again.

Tenney Mountain Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, spacious home. This house has scenic mountain views and is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the great fireplace and open concept kitchen (well equipped) and living room. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were a plus for sure. The backyard hill was also ideal for sledding! Hope to return next year!

Tenney mountain getaway

Tenney Mountain Getaway was a great home for our family. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was ideal. We enjoyed a roaring fire every day and there was an ample supply of firewood provided. The house setting on a hill was perfect for sledding/tubing for the first few days when there was snow. We hope to return to Tenney Mountain Getaway next year!

Graduation weekend

A perfect home for the family to be together for my son’s graduation from Plymouth State University. Everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to be at the house to celebrate after the graduation without the hassle of dealing with the crowds at a restaurant. I highly recommend.

Great location, lovely views and appreciated the awning over the deck

Property was aquitted with everything we needed. Very clean and neat when we arrived and the owner was extremly prompt in answering any questions. In the winter the saunal and hot tub would have been appreciated but with the temperature and humidity in the 90's we had a virtual sauna outside. Area is a great place to visit and I would definitely return to this location with a large party

Excellent host

This property is beautiful and served as a great home base for me and my friends who were in NH for a wedding. This is a great condo for couples and families. The views from the condo are spectacular. We had a wonderful time. There was a cleaning snafu and Marcia handled it professionally and communicated with me the whole time. We will be back!

Spacious mountain house

This home is great for large groups or a big family. Having 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom is what makes this rental stand out. The open living/kitchen area with the cozy fireplace is very family friendly. The view around the house is amazing especially after it snows. The furnishings could use updating but everything was functional. The hosts were attentive and responded promptly. It was a great getaway!

Comfort in the mountains

This property is a great choice for a large group. The bedrooms are very spacious and each has its own full bath. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the deck. The property is up by the Tenney Mountain base lodge. Very quiet! High end appliances and tvs. Owner was EXTREMELY responsive to all my questions. This is a fabulous choice if you are in the Plymouth region.

Great property for our adult children and grandchild

The full baths in each bedroom made the stay so comfortable for us, our 3 married children, and our grandson. It would have been perfect for skiing at Tenney Mt. The snow was not cooperative this year, but Waterville Valley is only a half mile away and we enjoyed the skiing there. Shops and restaurants are nearby, but we also enjoyed a birthday dinner at the house. The house is very well equipped and has plenty of space for all of us to enjoy dinner together and games around the fireplace. We would go back again!

Mountain getaway

Everything was great - we had everything we needed. I did have to go in search of extra paper towels since there were a bunch of ants crawling in and around the kitchen sink. They just appeared on 2nd morning of our stay ( there was no food out at all). Also noticed some cobwebs in kitchen

Perfect Location

We rented this house as a "base camp" for my daughter's wedding at a local venue. The location is perfect - quiet and peaceful at the top of the hill, but very close to shopping and other commercial needs in the area. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, spotlessly clean, very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds with plenty of nice linens and towels and the largest washing machine I have ever seen! The first level is very spacious and allowed for all of our wedding prep work. The air conditioning unit does a great job keeping the main level cool and the fans provided for the bedrooms were much appreciated. The area around the house was very quiet. We met some nice neighbors! Marcia is very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely rent this property again.

Had prepared a detailed summary of how bad this rental experience was but did not send it right away-hoping time would heal the scars. Alas-still feel just as strongly -wouldn't recommend this property rental to anyone. The short story: Rented this place for ourselves and family to stay in while we participated in and attended our daughters wedding being held at a nearby property (which was lovely by the way-so no need to settle for less). Housekeeping had not showed up after the previous renters so we arrived the night before the wedding to filth and piles of dirty sheets and towels...notified the owners who could not arrange cleaning that evening for us but they "graciously" wavered the $150 cleaning fee so we got to clean it ourselves-launder towels and sheets, vacuum, clean up and take out garbage, etc. Just what we wanted to do the morning our daughter was getting married. Some of our family members had to make last minute arrangements to stay elsewhere. The owners felt they reconciled the situation adequately by apologizing and offering a 10% discount on our next stay. I can't stress enough-we felt this was the worst travel experience we have ever had.

We originally purchased our Tenney Mountain Getaway for our family ski weekends. We now share our home with others through online bookings. While its furnishings are not the latest, it is comfortable and clean. We are always making sure to stay at the home and check for needed updates, where many rentals do not. Tenney mt and our home are near and dear to our hearts, and we look forward to its future as the ski resort grows.

We bought this beautiful home on Tenney ski resort because it is also located in the middle of 4 other ski resorts, and central to other NH attractions. It has sweeping views of the white mountains. This home is perfect for getaways with family and friends. Our home has been rented for Plymouth State graduation weekend, wedding guests, bikers, hikers, snowmobilers and of course skiers. Having 3 bedrooms with their own private full baths is like getting 3 hotel rooms for the price of two, with a whole house attached!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The home has a sunroom with sauna and whirlpool. A waterfall can be heard by the door and is within walking distance. The mt. views are spectacular. Our wrap around deck is a perfect place to star gaze, watch the sun rise and enjoy the white mountains. Mount LaFayette can be seen from our picture window in the living room. It is a quiet and peaceful community. Fill your lungs with that fresh mountain air. Hiking and lakes nearby. Plymouth is within 6 miles and is a quaint college town with a hospital. Plenty of restaurants, and local activities.
