The condo was great. Nice and clean and well decorated. It was within walking distance to the beach which was perfect for us. We were able to go to one of the restaurants nearby and it was as good as the hostess told us. Our only complaint we have was in no way the hostess's fault and that was the construction going on early in the morning. She was told it was supposed to be finished so it was no fault of hers. It will be even nicer when they are all done. Not only will I recommend the location and unit but I hope to stay there again sometime. Thank you.

Thank you, Janet. It was a pleasure to host you and unfortunately, the weather came in to play and delayed the construction crew from being able to lay down the epoxies. Our new board has been doing an amazing job of communication overall and this was just a little piece that slip with the cracks. Great location with a view of the gulf. Enjoyed the screened in balcony for relaxing. Glad to have a working beach umbrella and chairs. Great mini get away!

The condo is in prime location. We love staying at the beach and tennis club. Bed was very comfortable and liked the spacious shower. Renovations still being done at the condo complex from the hurricane but improvements are always a good sign! Only gave 4 stars because the road noise can be loud and unit is older compared to some of the others we've stayed in there. Overall great price though, can't beat it!

Owner was very accommodating and responsive. Cheerful, beachy decor. Easy beach access; approx. quarter-mile walk. Faces busy road; took a little time to adjust to traffic noise. Appreciated condo’s cleanliness upon arrival.

Host Janine had great communication. Check in was easy. Unit has nice updated kitchen along with very comfortable bed with new furnishings. Unit was well stocked with what we needed and for the beach.

The owner was very responsive to any questions we had before and during arrival. We were visiting our daughter at Florida Gulf Coast University and condo was in a convenient location. We could walk to the beach and 2 restaurants.

2 heated pools full sun from 1-5 pm incredible views and affordable price great vacation in Bonita Springs.Owner quickly answered questions. Didn’t know we were in building 4 so that needed to be communicated better but owner clarified the building when we questioned why code wasn’t working. It worked once we were in the correct building lol! Would stay again. Comfy bed. Lots of towels left including two for pool. Best suited for 2 adults.

Great place to stay!

This fifth floor condo was an amazing place to stay. Beach and parking across the street and a lovely place to have a meal at docs! Very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Had a blast!

It was super smooth check in, even though we were late they reached out and had the keys waiting for me in a drop box. The location was great it was walking distance from the beach. We will definitely be staying again

Minor issue with check in but owners promptly resolved. Beautiful condo in a beautiful location. Perfect for a peaceful getaway with lots of amenities.

Great time!

This condo provided a great location! Right across the street from Bonita Beach. Older buildings, clean, nice kitchen, bathroom not updated. Perfect temps during winter months; not too sure about cooling in summer. We would stay again.

pre- Christmas getaway

property, check in and condo were all great- just like the pictures on VRBO. Excellent communication with owner while onsite. Use of bikes was great! Office staff made accommodations for us to visit property in Fort Myers Beach—- EXCELLENT recommendation and time ! Would definitely recommend to friends.

Good Location

Check in was very easy, we had one issue after hours, but someone was there and had the problem fixed within an hour. The location was great for walking to the beach and there were chairs and toys available to use, also, walking distance to a few restaurants. Coconut Jacks has great food. There were additional pillows in the closet, but when I looked at them they were filthy, I also did the dishes before we used them because they didn't look real clean, but the rest of the condo was clean, we could tell they are working on remodeling and it looks very nice. The pool was nice and there were plenty of lounge chairs. If we came back to this area I would stay here again.

Best Vacation Ever!!

I am so happy my husband and I chose this property to stay. I like things clean, and this place was clean; that is the best thing I could ask for. It was beautifully remodeled with new appliances that made cooking a breeze. The kitchen was completely stocked, you will find EVERYTHING you need. They provided beach chairs, carts, and umbrellas, and the walk to the beach was only a few short minutes; my three-year-old had no problem walking it. The owners are so amazing and will respond quickly if you ever need anything. My young children had the best time. My husband and I had the best time. The saddest day of our trip was the day we left, and we cannot wait to go back, and we will definitely stay longer.
