Relax on the second story deck or cool off by jumping in the lake from the lower level patio which is off the family room. Maximum occupancy is 8. The home offers 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and one memory foam queen size sleeper sofa. The property is within walking distance of Findley Lake’s quaint shops and restaurants. The property is available year round and is minutes from the ski slopes and golfing at Peak ‘n Peek Resort and 20 minutes from Chautauqua Institute. Check out the local wineries as they are within 15 minutes, located in North East, PA.
This property is turn key including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, gas grill, paddle board, kayaks and fire pit. It is possible that we can accommodate your boat depending on the size.

Most amazing view and great location!

We stayed 4 nights at the Lakehouse and it was such an amazing way to spend the end of our spring break! The kids LOVED hanging out on the dock and the kayaks that come with the rental were perfect to get out on the lake! The little town had the BEST deli, spirits store, gift shop, candle making store and overall charm! We were so thankful for the property owners - they were very responsive and Their home is absolute perfection! The view while having your morning coffee can’t be beat!

Perfect!

Great location, shops and restaurants and basketball court in walking distance. Lake is gorgeous. House is perfect and stocked well. Property manager very accommodating and great communication. Highly recommend!

Birthday Weekend

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The home and views were beautiful and the property was exceptionally well equipped. The hosts were warm and helpful with any issues. The highlights included some lovely paddle board trips on the lake and just enjoying the water front patio- coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We will absolutely return!

Relaxing lakeside

The location cant be beat. It right on the water. Walk out lower level door and the lake is there. The home is nicely decorated and furnished. Nice and relaxing location. Perfect to kick back and enjoy a nice book and the view.

We are from Erie, PA. We rented at Findley Lake 8 years ago and fell in love with it and immediately started looking to buy. My wife and I purchased this home in 2018 to provide our family with a wonderful getaway where we have made many memories.

We love the location because it is right in town yet private. Shops, restaurants and live music are within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because of its proximity to town yet it is quiet and private. We have amazing views, especially from the 2nd floor as you feel like you are on a ship.
