It is located 12 km from Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo Da Vinci, 30 km from Lucca, 40 km from Florence, 50km from Pisa, 10 km from Montecatini Terme. The house is nestled in the Tuscan countryside, rich in olive groves. Directly overlooking the Montecatini Golf Club - 18 holes. It is possible to use the "Green fee" in all courses in the center of Tuscany.
