Visit these recording studios where legends like The Rolling Stones, Bob Seger, Paul Simon, Wilson Pickett, Aretha Franklin, Percy Sledge and so many more recorded songs that made Muscle Shoals "The Hit Recording Capital of the World. Jim and I began building this home in 2013. We put lots of blood sweat and tears into this home. We married on the deck once finished and moved into it in 2014. We finished the downstairs and installed the Pool in 2016. We love our home and feel like we are on an endless vacation here in this piece of Paradise in the Shoals. We love meeting new people and sharing our downstairs with them. If you want privacy while renting that is exactly what you will have. We respect our renters. We are laid back and easy to adapt.
We have been extremely cautious during this Pandemic. We make sanitizing and cleanliness as our first priority. We drain hot tub after each rental and the entire downstairs is thoroughly sanitized.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
This property is very peaceful and relaxing with beautiful mornings watching the birds and drinking coffee by the pool. There is beautiful sunsets and lots of boaters to watch coming in and out of the Marina and fishing. It is at the center of the Shoals within 10 minutes from most anything in the area. It is 10 minutes from the RTJ Golf course .There is a marina 5 minutes from our house that you can rent a Pontoon boat and enjoy Wilson Lake or You can fish from the pier here. If you want to bring a boat the dock 10 minutes away and tie up at the pier here.
