Small house renovated in the Breton tradition.

Parking, large garden and terrace

Ground floor: 1 equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave), lounge area with TV + bed for 2 people.
Umbrella bed + baby chair.
Upstairs a double bed + 1 single bed + WC and shower.
Linen is provided for nightly bookings, for weekly bookings linen can be provided.
A supplement for bed linen 8 €uros/berth. For the bathroom linen 7.50 €uros/person.
Cleaning fee in addition: 30 €uros

Charmantes bretonisches Steinhaus auf dem Lande

Dieses geschmackvoll eingerichtete kleine Steinhaus ist ideal für einen Einzelreisenenden oder ein Paar geeignet, ggf. auch mit Kind, jedoch sollte eine recht steile Treppe beachtet werden (Kindersicherung vorhandden). Sehr schön ist die kleine Terrasse vor dem Haus und auch die Möglichkeit, den großen, wundervollen Garten der Eigentümer mit zu nutzen. Entspannung pur auf dem Land - dennoch zentral gelegen, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Cote d'Armor zu erkunden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Bei der Bewerung des Online-Inserats gibt es zwei Sterne Abzug - dies aber nicht zu Lasten der überaus freundlichen Gastgeber, sondern eher zu Lasten von Fewo-direkt, die leider nicht darauf hinweisen, dass (wie in Frankreich üblich) die Endreinigung sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra geordert und auch extra bezahlt werden müssten.

Groesstenteils gut ausgestattetes, relativ hellhoeriges, Ferienhaus, in dem man sich wohlfuehlen kann. Kultiger Aussensitzplatz. 20 Minuten Fahrt zu schoenen Straenden. Sympathische Vermieterin.

Très chouette séjour, la région est très belle, pleine de très beaux sites à voir à la ville comme à la campagne. Idéal pour les enfants, avec des animaux de ferme et un immense jardin très agréable, petite maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. Valérie est très sympa, connaît très bien sa région. Gite très agréable en pleine campagne ... Trés bien équipé, accueil au top ! A savoir, pour l'organisation, les toilettes sont à l'étage et il faut traverser la chambre pour y accéder.

Lovely country site not far from the sea

We´d liked it very much to be in the nice brittany house with the brittany familiy nearby. The place is quiet and beautyfull . Good place to make excursions around to all nice beaches and places.

Eine fantastische Woche in einem süßen Haus

Eine liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger, aber dennoch zentraler Lage. Eine superfreundliche Vermieterin, die hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Eine genauere Beschreibung der Ausstattung (insbesondere der Küche) würde ich hilfreich finden. Habe viele Dinge unnötig mitgeschleppt, dafür zwei oder drei vermisst ( Schneebesen, Pfannenwender, Brotmesser). Nichts dramatisches. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Ha resultado una experiencia inmejorable nuestra estancia en la casa que ofrece Valérie. La casa es magnífica y dotada con todo lo necesario. Esto, unido a las atenciones de Valérie hacen que el viajero disfrute de una estancia inolvidable. El entorno es hermoso y tranquilo. Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Garten in ganz ruhiger Lage unweit der Küste

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Häuschen und dem traumhaften Garten sehr genossen. Das Häuschen ist Teil eines alten bretonischen Hofes inmitten einer schönen Landschaft unweit der tollen Nord-Küste der Bretagne, die zahlreiche Badebuchten und nette kleine Städtchen bieten kann. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Die Familie hat sich ganz reizend um uns gekümmert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Gîte situé à la campagne, au calme, tout confort. Idéal pour les ballades en randonnée et vélo. A proximité de Binic, St Quay Portrieux et de Paimpol, Pointe de l'Arcouest, Ile de Bréhat : belle région à visiter.
