Bien cuidado de dos dormitorios, 1 baño en el segundo piso con excelente terraza. Cuarta casa del océano (a unos 150 pies de las dunas) ¡no es necesario cruzar el bulevar para llegar a la playa! Ubicación conveniente a solo 7 cuadras al norte de la calzada y a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad para ir de compras y comer, y 1 cuadra al sur del campo de pelota, canchas de baloncesto y tenis, así como una rampa pública para acceso a la bahía. Estacionamiento en propiedad para hasta dos vehículos.

A lovely stay!

Wonderful location, sweet little beach house, amazing hosts! The deck off the top floor was our favorite part of the home and the location being right on beach block was so convenient with a child. The home was clean and there was the perfect amount of space for a 4YO and 2 adults. The hosts were so helpful with any questions we had and were extra sweet with my daughter. We will be back!

Great location

4th house from uncrowded beach, relatively quiet street, huge outdoor deck: a combination that can’t be beat. Owners were super friendly and went above and beyond. Price was right / (for LBI on a holiday weekend). Very highly recommended.

Steps from the beach

The location cannot be beat- steps from the beach and right at the lifeguard chair. The house is modest but comfortable with a lovely porch and great outdoor shower. AC worked great and the house was perfect for our family vacation.

Beach Heaven!

This was a perfect location very close to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was a pleasure staying here! John was a gracious host. I definitely recommend this rental to all.

John was very accommodating and helpful, yet not intrusive. He checked in mid stay to make sure all was well. He also spent the time to give some tips on what to do. Would recommend this property to others.

Wonderful Location!

We had a wonderful early fall trip, the weather was pleasant & we loved being so close to the beach! The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to communications. We would definitely return as the price point fit our budget well. A couple of things to be aware of when renting here: you need to bring your own linens, bath & kitchen towels, extra paper products, and clean up well before the next tenant. I understand it does help with costs, however there is still a substantial cleaning fee on top of doing your own linens & cleaning. Being the end of the season, the home is in need of some deep cleaning, especially the fans, vents, & door louvers; it may be better at other points in the season. The mattresses & box springs are firm but pretty crackly & creaky, enough that minor movements interfered with our sleep. Still, the location and price can't be beat, so just know there are a few compromises to consider.

Another wonderful stay!

John and Ellen are amazing property owners. Easy to contact and so hospitable. We love the location, the layout, the cleanliness and property is fantastic too! This was our third time staying with John and Ellen and we can't wait to return again!

House was just perfect!!! Clean is not the word, immaculate would best describe the house!

Checking in was easy! Owners of the house were on site and super welcoming!! Distance to the beach was perfect! 2 houses from the beach is great especially for the price! Will be renting this same house next year and years to follow!!!

Relaxing vacation by the beach

We had a lovely stay here, the house is located on a nice block, the perfect base for the beach and exploring all of LBI. The apartment itself was clean and airy, the deck is also a great spot to relax. John was a wonderful host, super helpful and made us feel very welcomed.

Blessed by the beach

Fourth house from the beach? Nothing beats that! Wonderful space. Such a clean and open layout and a sunny deck space! Loved being close enough to hear the waves every night. Amazing home owners!

The best getaway!

John was a perfect host. He was informative, prompt, responsive and all around great!! His place is perfect for a weekend at the shore. My boyfriend and I went with another couple and had the best weekend getaway. SO close to the beach and any coffee or shops you need. Highly recommend!

Deserves 10 stars

The place was mostly as it appeared on VRBO, frankly more up-to-date and super clean than it appeared. Can't beat the proximity to the beach (10-15 second leisurely stroll) OR the neighborhood. Walking distance to literally anything I needed, great for solo travelers, couples or families. So 5 stars so far. The extra 5 stars are for John and Ellen. I've stayed at a bunch of VRBOs, and mostly owners/operators are responsive, friendly and communicative. John and Ellen made me feel like family. And not in an obtrusive way, if I'd given them the impression I'd have preferred to have a totally independent, private experience I have zero doubt I'd have seen them MAYBE once during my 4 night stay. My preference, at least for this trip, was to do my thing (surf/beach/restaurants), but also to experience the community of Surf City, and I couldn't have had more gracious, interesting, knowledgeable AND laid back guides. This is a new one on VRBO, it's been rented for years mostly by people and families who've, after visiting for the first time, returned almost every year, so the home AND the experience won't be on VRBO forever. I'm grateful for stumbling across this listing when I did (last minute), if it's available I'd strongly encourage anyone to give it a shot, staying with John and Ellen is a really special experience.
