Indian Shores vacation

Our stay was as we hoped to be.Condo is very nice and clean.Our conversation with host was more than helpfull.There's one thing what was not ok and that was elevator service.We left earlier because I have injured ankle and we heard that when we left elevator passed inspection and was functional.Other then that we would recomend this place and hopefuly we will visit again.

Close to the beach.

Great place to stay with all the conveniences of home and right on the beach. Great view of the Golf and beach. Very clean and convenient short drive for food.

Great week at the beach

The condo is very nicely provided with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Lots of considerate touches, such as a choice of two coffee pots, a lap quilt on the recliner, and a big medicine cabinet in the bathroom. The view of the beach is great, and watching sunsets from the balcony was fabulous. Everything was very clean. The elevator was broken, but we knew that ahead of time, and we managed the stairs since we only had to go to the second floor.

Great condo right on the beach with the best ocean views! Property was very clean and well equipped for anything you would need for your stay. Communication with Barbara the host was instantaneous from the very beginning of the booking. Check-in was very easy with no problems. I would highly recommend this unit. Thank you Barbara for the great accommodations!

Great Place to Stay

Very nice condo with a great beach view. Heated pool was excellent. Some damage to pool area bathrooms and elevator was not working, but I was told this by owner ahead of time. Room is up two flights of stairs, so not a big deal to us. Saw maintenance guy cleaning and painting alot. Place looks like it has recovered much better than some others in the area. Listing shows a hot tub, but there is not one. I also knew that going in, but if I was expecting a hot tub and there wasn't one I would not be happy. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The condo was clean, snd the kitchen was well equipped. Barbara was a gracious host, with excellent communication. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Unit was very clean. Owner has completed tasteful updates. Kitchen is well stocked, we didn’t want for anything. We’ve stayed in this building several times and this is the nicest unit we’ve been in. We intend to continue staying in this particular unit in the future.

Great views and easy access to the beach.

The condo is on the beach and has easy access to the beach through the private pool area. We have enjoyed this condo for the past two years and we are coming back next year. It's a great location for food food and kayak and paddle board rental. Love it.

Great condo! Great location! Great week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chateau 403. It was our first time staying in this particular condo but not our first time at the Chateau. This condo was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The bed was a nice firm mattress. Comfortable seating in the living room and dining room. We found it very comfortable and inviting and we made ourselves at home almost immediately. It was just my wife and I so we spent most of our waking hours out on the sand or eating out and numerous great restaurants. We've been coming down to this area for years and we got to see something we've never seen...BABY SEA TURTLES! They hatched right outside the condominium during one night, but the condominium facility lighting is too bright so they got disoriented and thought it was moonlight and came toward our condo instead of going out to the ocean. Needless to say there was an all out search for baby sea turtles by the fish and wildlife employees and a few vacationers the next morning. 17 babies were found and released. Then, we seen one in the grassy area 30 minutes after they left! We got a box and put him in it with some sand. We called the authorities and they came back out and got him. SO, we saved a baby sea turtle!!! Amazing experience! We also seen the regular stuff too. Tons of dolphins, several manatees, collected a few sea dollars and some great sea shells. Overall, we had a great week! Thanks Barbara for the use of your beach home! It was great.

50th anniversary gift to each other!

We chose The Chateaux and surrounding area because of good times here 30 years ago with our children. Pool, beach, parking, security, balcony view-all rate well this many years later.

Beachfront Condo

This condo is located on the beach with direct access to beach. The condo was well equipped with most everything we needed. I really liked the Lazy Boy recliner. We plan to rent again when we come back to Florida.
