Oceanway is a completely NON-SMOKING/NON-PET property. This means NO smoking is allowed in the units, on balconies, or in common areas including the pool area, parking lot and hallways. Guests and renters are not allowed to have pets on the property or in the units.

A vehicle is recommended for this area; there is public transportation and ride share available as well.
