A pie de todo (bares, restaurantes, cervecerías, supermercados, etc.) No hay nada igual en el casco antiguo. We were thinking there would be free parking but it was actually paid parking, although inexpensive. The alley behind the property could be a little loud (garbage trucks started as early as 5:45 picking up the restaurant dumps). However the apartments were very nice and you can’t beat the location- everything was within walking distance

I'm sorry that you thought that the parking was free, but it says it in the booking that parking is not free nor designated and that there are parking structures all around the building. Great location right in the heart of town

We stayed in these nice apartments right in Old Town Fort Collins for a family wedding. We were very happy with our responsive host and the easy check in. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Best spot in Fort Collins

Fantastic location for anyone looking to stay in Old Town Fort Collins! Everything is within walking distance. The loft is also very clean and we all had plenty of room.

Lovely Stay

Everything was very nice, and it was perfect for our party of 8. Absolutely loved the location and it was great to be able to walk everywhere. Street was pretty loud late into the night, but that is to be expected given the easy access to the bars/restaurants. Hope to visit again sometime.

New Years Eve in Fort Collins

This stay was perfect for our group! Plenty of space for everyone, in walking distance to bars and restaurants. Very clean and easy access. We want to come back again!

Great Location in FOCO

We loved this location for our Thanksgiving week. We had to be in FOCO for our son's football game. We loved watching the Turkey Trot from our window. We were a bit surprised by the 2 separate apartments. But it worked out great having the separate spaces for our college aged kids. Old Town Fort Collins was magical this time of year.

Fun loft in Old town but very noisy

The loft has a great concept but very bare on amenities such as kitchen needs like coffee, sugar and just the basics. Street noise is high . Definitely enjoyed the location during the day.

Awesome location. Great stay.

We had a great time at this property. We are a family of five and had plenty of room. There are two separate sides of the floor, which was fun because my older two children had their own little area to hang out in, while my husband and I were able to be on the other side with the baby. You can’t beat this location- we were able to park the car and walk everywhere. Love it! We will definitely book again when visiting CO.

Excellent Ft. Collins Location

What a wonderful place to stay. This apartment is close to everything! We were able to enjoy all the Old Town Ft. Collins has to offer and never get in the car. The food and shopping is outstanding. We were also able to use this as a good homebase for taking day trips to nearby attractions. One day we drove to Laramie and did some hiking, the next day we drove to Golden for some sightseeing. The owner was easy to contact and got back to me right away when I had questions. I highly recommend this location if you visit the area!!
