The home was clean & comfortable. The host was excellent at communicating and always responded quickly. We truly appreciated the prompt replies and seamless experience - highly recommend!
This was an excellent place to stay for our trip to Fort Collins! It was the perfect amount of room for the three of us and provided us with everything we needed to cook a few meals, relax in our downtime, and sleep well. The apartment was clean and appeared to be very well kept. The host communicated at the perfect times and was responsive to our communication about getting in later than anticipated. Coming and going from the apartment was a breeze and parking was never an issue. We really enjoyed being a part of the neighborhood for a few days. This could easily be the only place we ever need to stay when we visit!
This is a beautiful, clean, peaceful, fun space for me to bring my family for a little birthday stay. Parking is great, it was easy to find and get in. Everything was stocked and clean as it said. We used the travel crib and high chair in the property. If it were summer we’d walk one block to the CSU gardens. I’ve seen them in the summer and they are spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!
Came to visit my cousin for her birthday. This place was great! Kitchen had great utensils, pans, etc. The property manager was very communicative and helpful. Place was clean and in a great location close to downtown!
Unit was very clean and looks similar to the photos, though some decor has changed. Amenities were minimal-I would have appreciated hand lotion, tissues, a Brita water filter, maybe some olive oil. Oddly, there’s an expired, framed, short-term rental license from 2018 near the entry. For me, the unit has a heavy energy. It’s built into the eaves so has low ceilings and odd angles in places. Host was reasonably responsive.
Very nice two bedroom. Beds were comfortable and great location to CSU. Only thing for prospective renters to note is that the shower is a very small corner unit. Good water pressure and nice hot shower but the shower space is a bit claustrophobic and hard to move around in. Other than that a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.
Very enjoyable experience with good privacy, easy access, private backyard area (although we didn't take advantage because of the winter weather).Taller guests be aware of sloping ceilings in some of the rooms. I am 6'1" and managed fine.
A perfect place to stay for us. Great location, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, hot powerful shower and equipped with everything we needed. The directions were spot on, we had no problem finding it and were grateful for the off street parking. As Brits we particularly appreciated the kettle, an item that seems to be rarely found in an American kitchen. I would have no reservations in recommending this property and would love to stay there again should we head back to Fort Collins in the future.
