Whether you are escaping for a long relaxing weekend during the winter to rejuvenate or a fun-filled summer week to bask in the sun, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium is a perfect choice for couples or small family. Conveniently located POOLSIDE on the first floor with a private patio to enhance your living/relaxing space. The condo was recently refreshed and additional upgrades were added. The tiled living area features a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and a ceramic cook top and lovely granite counters for easy cleanup. The entire unit was custom painted adorned with beachy wainscoting, crown molding and plantation shutters. The carpeted bedroom has plenty of storage so you can get comfortable during your stay. The Ocean View features include: a large pool, sundeck, poolside bar and BBQ, fitness center, laundry facilities are free of charge, private storage, and assigned parking. The building is centrally located within walking distance to beach bars, restaurants, nightlife, and community recreation. WIFI IS INCLUDED. NO PETS.
