Great family rental at the Ocean View Condominiums! This well cared for unit is just a few short steps to the beach and boardwalk. You will enjoy this 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with one Queen bed and two twin beds are perfect for your small family. Great ocean views along lesser traveled Avalon Avenue! You will love the convenient location to town and walking distance to everything. Park the car and start enjoying! Nice amenities include Central Air, Dishwasher, DVD player and Beach Tags (number not guaranteed) for your convenience! The private parking lot offers a reserved space for this unit. There is an outside shower and foot bath. You will want to stay all summer!
