Lige i hjertet af 5 de Diciembre er Casa 3 Lunas et hjem i Puerto Vallarta-stil. Bag portene skjuler den en stor grøn gårdhave med frugttræer, som alle gæster kan nyde. Det er gåafstand til strand, kommunalt sportscenter og lige overfor fiskemarkedet. Der er også let adgang til busser, der kører over hele Vallarta.

Dette er et komplet studie med køkken i en separat bygning fra hovedhuset, men med en fælles gårdhave, hvor du altid er velkommen.

Som gymnasielærerlærer arbejder jeg på fuld tid i løbet af ugen, men jeg er tilgængelig via tekst, mens jeg er væk. Jeg er normalt hjemme, og min dør er altid åben for at besvare spørgsmål eller give vejledning.

A beautiful Oasis in Puerto Vallarta

Our studio was very clean, private and comfortable for our stay. Everything we needed was in the home, and Rosana meticulously prepared filtered water and kitchen necessities to make us more comfortable. What a beautiful little home!

Enjoyable.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Rosana and David are very welcoming and eager to assist. Very secure, pleasant surroundings. The condo is tastefully decorated with an industrial feel; love the high ceiling giving a spacious air; short walk to the Malecon, restaurants, etc. Hope to return!

Great spot!

We enjoyed our month stay at this studio apt. Rosanna was a graciius host, always ready to help us. The location was good for us as we are familiar with the area. Gated with two very friendly dogs, close to vegetable, fish markets and butchers. Short walk to Camerone's Beach and Malecon.

lovely oasis

Casa Luna is a beautiful and well appointed accomadation with a garden courtyard in the middle of an authentic Puerta Vallarta neighbourhood. The Malecon as well as many resturant choices are within walking distance. Uber and taxis are also easily had. We’ll be back.

Good value, clean and simple

Rosana was very nice, and this property is well kept. Full disclosure, this is not a “resort type” neighbourhood, so you might end up taking Ubers to and from beaches/restaurants/attractions more often than not - Ubers are still inexpensive in PV though. Prices for nice condos in PV have begun to rival Canadian prices, but Rosana’s is a good value. Would stay again if in PV.

Seniors go native!

Accommodations in a working neighborhood. More night noise than I’m use to plus owners dogs bark at passer byes but only durning the day. A very safe area of town with plenty of quality places to eat. Every day is a hill day!

Authentic Puerto Vallarta

This property is in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. A working class neighborhood with an awesome market. Fresh local fish, meats, fruits, and vegetables. I took advantage of the full kitchen amenities as well as the courtyard for relaxation. The host was always available and gave great recommendations. The property is a short walk from beaches, shops, and restaurants. This was the authentic experience I needed and wanted!

Very nice studio

The pictures don't do justice to this beautifully decorated studio. Very clean, comfortable beds. Rosana was very friendly, helpful and available. Many nice local restaurants and everything you need within walking distance. 15 minute walk to the beach to rent chairs for the day. It is a busy little community, and some might find the noise a problem.

Safe, authentic neighborhood experience!

Thank you Rosana, David, Tina, and Oliver for making our week in Puerto Vallarta so much more special! Your gated garden of paradise was our favorite rental we’ve stayed at while traveling. If you’re looking for an authentic and safe PV experience, this place is perfect. The apartment was reasonably stocked with everything we could have needed. It was very clean and very comfortable! The best part: being greeted by Oliver and Tina (two adorable pups) upon arriving home each afternoon. Great location as well! The corner bar and the Birria Don Polo across the street are musts. San Salvador Panaderia was also a great treat! We felt safe walking around at all hours of the day and night. We seriously can’t say enough how much we loved this neighborhood! Can’t wait to return and explore this beautiful place more!

Awesome

If you're looking for a place in the 5 de Diciembre neighbourhood, I think this is a good pick. Behind the walled entrance, the property has a nicely landscaped interior courtyard. The second-floor studio unit I rented is a large-ish nicely decorated modern reno with an industrial look and updated everything. It has modern ceiling fans in both the sleeping and lounging area, and AC over the sleeping area that cools the entire unit very well (not often needed if the fans are on). The kitchen comes equipped with a gas stove, fridge, and basic utensils and cooking needs... and a couple of things I'm probably forgetting. The wifi works well and I used it for a few hours every day. There is a small safe/lockbox. Yes there is hot water. There is a TV, but I never used it. There are lavanderias and small stores nearby, including an Oxxo. Also many smaller local restaurants, and a bank with ATMs not too far way. This place checks all the boxes, and based on my research, is a very good value. The owner lives onsite and is available in case of problems. I stayed here for five days. I liked it and would go back.

Neighbourhood Bliss

Behind the gate is beautiful garden, Rich, with plant life and a star fruit tree overloaded with ripe fragrant fruit. Two friendly dogs come to greet you as you make your way to a modern, clean and spacious studio apartment with all the things you need for a great stay. Though not mentioned, there is a smart TV for your entertainment needs and the Internet is great. Rosalinda is an excellent host, quick to smile and to help should you need it. Can’t say enough about this place.

Fabulous location, lovely loft, wonderful host!

From entering the tree shaded courtyard to walking up a short flight of steps to a private loft, Rosanna’s place was fabulous. Just what we needed to reconnect after a few months apart and also in a real neighbourhood where you can find anything you want within walking distance! As others have said- just book it!

Quaint with great hospitality

Rosana is a great host. This a home with about three units. Inside the gate is a nice patio with trees and places to sit. Our stay was up a few stairs. It was spacious and clean with good appliances. There were windows in front the small table that overlooked the courtyard We loved the area with an authentic feel. It is an active community but our street was quiet. It was a short walk to the beach and you could easily walk to the old down town within 20 to thirty minutes depending whether you took your time to see the sights along the Marcon.

Nice Mexican Neighborhood

Nice Mexican area. Close to (10 minutes) beginning of malacon / beach Ley’s supermarket. There are lots of great restaurants closeby. The unit itself was great with a couple of minor issues only. The bed was comfortable, high ceilings, AC, good water pressure/temperature. Host provides bottled water refills which we really appreciated. Outdoor area was nice also. Host is very friendly and very conscientious.

Absolutely lovely!

We had a very lovely stay in Rosana's studio. The apartment is very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. There was good internet for both of us to work remotely. The beautiful garden/courtyard inside the house complex created a very relaxing and nice atmosphere. The studio is located a bit outside of the touristic epicenter, but is still walking distance from the main attractions and has some very good restaurants around. Would absolutely recommend!

Book it. It was great.

Had an awesome trip and my accommodations were key. For one or two people my space was perfect. Ac works, tv works, Internet is a bit spotty but my phone had decent service. Clean & comfortable and the owner knows the area. She can advise on day trips and restaurants and even real estate options to extend your stay indefinitely. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach. The neighborhood has great food and bar options as well as every conceivable household good you could need. Lots of culture here. My advice is to book this place and start planning your trip to Vallarta.

I am now dedicated to painting so I am usually around the house and my upstairs studio.
In my 24 years of living here in Vallarta, I have done a lot of animal rescue work and right now I have two dogs and two cats that live with me. They are happy to have my home more. You will definitely be greeted by them and see them hanging out in the shared garden but they aren’t allowed to go in the units. ( they know this, but they sometimes try to test guests that seem to like them.)

I love my neighborhood! Even though it can be noisy at times, specially during special holidays and festivities, it is so easy to get around to anywhere in town. There is always some activity happening near by and many things to do by just stepping outside the gate.
Easy walk to market, local stores, restaurants and food stands, doctors, dentist, beach, running track…

My garden is full of trees. I started planting them, mostly fruit trees, and I am slowly growing a forest! It’s a nice contrast to the city streets and a little oasis from the heat.
My trees attract birds and butterflies of many kinds!
