Since January 1, 2025, Sunscape Resort is a MANDATORY ALL-INCLUSIVE condo rental. VRBO posted rate *PLUS* the MANDATORY ALL-INCLUSIVE FEE to be PAID BY YOU directly to Sunscape Resort upon arrival for EVERY DAY OF YOUR STAY.

The all-inclusive provides unlimited access to the hotel facilities, food, drinks, and alcohol. Included with the all-inclusive pass, Sunscape resort offers six dining options, including a buffet, à la carte restaurants, a grill, a snack truck, and a café depending on your purchase option. No reservations are required. Options are as follows:

Available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm: COCO CAFE - Café, THE SNACK MACHINE - Food truck, WORLD CAFÉ - International Buffet Restaurant, BARRACUDA - Pool bar, MANATEES - Swim-up bar, RENDEZVOUS - Lobby Bar.

Available from 6:00 pm until 11:00 pm along with previous options: DA MARIO - Italian Restaurant, SEASIDE GRILL - À la carte Restaurant, TIKI TACO - Mexican Restaurant

Pass prices are as follows:

During Spring and Autumn season prices for passes are as follows (April 28th to June 27th and August 18 to December 17th):

Mandatory Pass, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Child $38 USD per day, Adult $61 USD per day.

Full-Day Pass, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm – Child $46 USD per day, Adult $75 USD per day.

During Summer and Winter seasons prices for passes are as follows (June 28th to August 17th and December 18th to April 27th):

Mandatory Pass, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Child $42 USD per day, Adult $67 USD per day.

Full-Day Pass, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm – Child $50 USD per day, Adult $82 USD per day.

You do not need to pay everyday for the upgrade to a full-day pass. You can upgrade on any day that you choose. If you choose not to upgrade to a full-day pass, hotel access is still available without food and alcohol. This allows you to venture out and try other restaurants without feeling like you have to eat at the hotel, or if you choose to save money, eat in. There is a fully equipped kitchen and two grocery stores nearby.
