This home is on a quiet street and walking distance to the Turkey Springs Trail Systems with miles and miles of hiking and snowmobiling. Drive a little further and you disappear into the wilderness surrounding Pagosa with seemingly endless rivers and beautiful lakes, perfect for fishing, picnics and wildlife watching.

This home is perfect for family gatherings or cozy enough for romantic escapes. Large, high ceiling living room with a 3 sided glass gas fireplace, cozy furniture and plenty of room for the whole group to hang out. The large smart TV, DVD player in the family room, and spacious dining area are all open to the gourmet kitchen to keep the family together when preparing meals. Kitchen is well equipped, very open and easy to prep and cook your favorite meals after enjoying the snow or cooking your best catch from the very close lake or nearby rivers. Refrigerator, stove / oven, breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, full service dishes and silverware, blender and crock pot as well as many cooking dishes and prep bowls provided.

Recently added is an old school tabletop Pacman machine with 60 free games! The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed, beautiful views and large walk thru closet that leads to the laundry room. The master includes an en suite large bathroom with above counter sinks, private water closet, large tub and walk in shower. Master walks out to back deck to enjoy the relaxing porch swing and watch the stars or passing wildlife. Upstairs, you will find 2 nice rooms each with a queen bed, + office area and plenty of room to play. On the 2nd floor loft area you will also find great Pagosa Peak mountain views and common large bathroom with walk in shower. The floor below the main level has another bedroom with a full bed and fun room for kids to play games, walk out sliding doors and another full bathroom.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

This home does not have AC.
Garage is available for use.
