Great place to stay

This apartment has a fantastic location. The owner is available and ready to impart information, and the apartment includes lots of Paris guide books. We have stayed here twice and we love it!

Fantastic Location

We stayed 6 nights! The location is unbeatable, close to all major attractions. We walked everywhere. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and markets very close by. The host was very attentive making sure we were comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. We highly recommend this apartment rental. You will see in previous reviews mention of stairs. We are 74 years old and had no problems with the stairs. It is a very quiet building and our stay was awesome.

Great location

The location of the apartment is central to everything a first time visitor to Paris can hope for. Cafes, grocery, shops, museums, art, historic sites all within a short walk. Bikes outside the front door. Excellent stay.

Great location and Nice Apartment

Convenient location to see sites of Paris. Apartment had was comfy and had all needed items. It is a 3rd floor walk up which may be a challenge if there is lots of luggage, but was an easy climb.

A great stay and excellent location!

After negotiating our way from the airport, we received a very timely and welcomed call from Thierry to see that we could easily access the apartment. It went very well. We were excited to look around and immediately, and throughout our stay, felt the location was perfect for accessing all the sites and great restaurants we had looked forward to. When tired in the evening we found the bed very comfortable and slept very well. The kitchen had just what we needed to have coffee and make breakfast to get off to a great start every day. We would highly recommend a stay with Thierry and hope to again to enjoy more time more time in Paris. Many Thanks!

Great location in St. Germaine

The photo of this property is accurate. Although small, it has everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. Close walking distance to restaurants, chocolate shops, bakeries, Louvre, Notre Dame. Only 53 steps up--very doable--even for us seniors! Host was immediately available and attentive to any concerns.

The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, gallery’s, the metro, museums and walking the Sein

We were celebrating our anniversary and did everything we could. Thierry helped us with transportation and any questions. The space had everything even in its small size. There was some noise from the restaurants at night but we slept through that and cooked some of our own meals .

Perfect Place for 1-2 People

Our stay in this apartment was perfect. The best feature was the location. You cannot beat being in the center of old town, and being very close to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Another awesome feature was the rental bikes right outside the apartment. My family and I used these every day to bike around Paris. The apartment itself is small, but perfect for 2 people. It had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future travelers!

First Experience in Paris!

Solo traveler. Apartment was perfect size and location for me! Equipped with the basics to cook in if desired. On third floor, it is daunting, 53 steps to be exact. With no elevator! I'm a fairly fit 60 year old, so I welcomed the exercise! The location cannot be beat, especially as a woman traveling alone. Near all the big must-see's as well easy walk to galleries, boutiques, grocery, produce stores, gelato, patisseries, restaurants, etc. Close by a magnificent Yoga Studio as well! Thierry was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Nice, small apartment in perfect Left Bank location

Great one room apartment in a perfect location in the 6th Arrondisment in the Left Bank. Just a block and a half from the Seine, easy walk to several Metro stops, and many cafes, brasseries, restaurants in this vibrant “happening” district. Thierry was always reachable by phone or text (easiest to use WhatsApp), and responded immediately. Far less expensive than any hotels in this area too!

Perfect Accomondations, Perfect Location

The neighborhood just cannot be beat. Convenient to walk to many key sights, easy to get to major metro stations, and many cafes and food options. The apartment is layed out well and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Paris. Our host was great with communication and everything was exactly as pictured.

Lovely studio in the 6th

It was perfect for our stay. Our host, Thierry was always available for questions and was super nice! A fun neighborhood and close to countless sights, restaurants etc. One con- construction was going on with the building and it was noisy (painting and surface repair right outside our window) but since we were away from the studio during most of the mornings and afternoons it didn't impact us too much. I would stay here again.

Perfect for our needs

Perfect amount of space, efficiently distributed appliances and furniture, great host , great location. Only limitations - which do not affect the rating- are size of shower ( small but appropriate for a studio) and 3 flights of spiral stairs (which to us was not really an issue). Quiet quarters, slept excellently! Highly recommend!

A quiet apartment in a lively artistic area of old Paris

I stayed for 3 weeks & found this apartment to be the perfect base for roaming Paris. It is within easy walking distance of many attractions and also close to metro stations and bus routes, & surrounded by bistros and restaurants and a lively social scene. It includes basic cooking facilities - electric jug, toaster, hot plates, microwave oven & pots & pans etc, plus a comfortable double bed, sofa, large wardrobe, table & two chairs, plus small bathroom with shower. It is on the 3rd floor with no lift so is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

A great location in a vibrant neighborhood. Thierry was a wonderful host and everything was easy in the apartment. The stairs to the place were easy and it had everything you would need for 2 people. We are planning to return soon.

Studio apartment in an elegant old building in a chic Boulevard St Germain neighborhood, 2 blocks from the Seine, close to many galleries, bistros and great shopping. We absolutely loved it here!
