This apartment was excellently located in the neighborhood with restaurants, bars and grocery stores near by. An easy walk to multiple metro stations as well as Notre Dame, Pont Neuf, Musee d'Orsay and the Louvre. The kitchen is small but has everything you need and we found the bed and pillows comfortable. While there is lots of activity outside, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful.

Thiery is one of the most attentive and helpful hosts we have had, The apartment is as described and is in an excellent central location walking distance to the Seine. We stayed in October and it was cool enough to have the windows closed which was good given the two bars on our street. We recommend this apartment.

Although small in size, we found this apartment to be in an excellent location everything that we needed.In addition, our host was very helpful with whatever we asked for and, was always available taking our phone calls.

Wonderful location to attractions, restaurants and supermarket. Great communication with Thierry on WhatsApp which made for an easy self check-in. Apartment small but clean and well equiped in the kitchen and a washing machineva bonus. Only cons being on 3rd floor so wouldnt suit everyone and garbage truck noise in early morning.

I had a delightful stay in Thierry’s apartment. The location is perfect for exploring much of the major attractions in Paris. Metro stops , grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, boulangeries, etc. are all steps away. The apartment itself is compact, but the space is well utilized. The couch and bed are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and there is a large wardrobe for storage. The shower is compact, but has plenty of hot water. The apartment is also well lit and very clean.Thierry was great—responds to inquiries quickly, flexible with checkin, and makes you feel very welcomed in his apartment. I am planning to return.

Great location

The location of the apartment is central to everything a first time visitor to Paris can hope for. Cafes, grocery, shops, museums, art, historic sites all within a short walk. Bikes outside the front door. Excellent stay.
