129 Beachwalk är en underbar renoverad 2 sovrum, 2 badrum villa i Shipyard Plantation. Denna rymliga villa i en enda berättelse ligger ett stenkast från den komplexa poolen och mindre än 5 minuters promenad till stranden.

När du går genom ytterdörren hälsas du med en öppen planlösning, massor av naturligt ljus och trägolv som sträcker sig över villan. Vardagsrummet är bekvämt inredda och har en platt-TV, bäddsoffa och två stolar. Matsalen har plats för 6, och det finns ytterligare 2 barstolar i köksbaren. Den privata uteplatsen, som är den perfekta platsen för uteservering, ligger genom skjutdörrar utanför matsalen. Det renoverade köket har rostfria apparater, bänkskivor i granit, en plattplatta och en kaffebryggare i Keurig.

I hallen hittar du master sviten. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-TV och privat badrum. Det privata badrummet har två fåfängaområden och en imponerande klinkergång dusch. Gästrummet har två enkelsängar och en platt-TV. Gästbadrummet ligger i hallen och har en badkar / duschkombination.

Great access

The access to the beach is great. Easy bike ride or walk. It’s great having a washer/dryer in the unit. HHI is the best.

Location close to the beach. Clean. Good showers. Nice kitchen. But AC sounded like a 747 taking off every time it started. Tv not in a central location for all seating to watch. Had to walk in the street to get to front door from the parking lot. Need to change the red bathroom to a more beachy color

Lovely condo

Loved the beautiful furnishings and plantation shutters decor and loved the location so close to the beach! ( Only complaint was the noise the twin beds made in the guest bedroom. The mattresses squeaked and squished )

Pros not worth the cons

The location is absolutely excellent, the I it was spacious and we'll layers out. However, there are some really terrible smells! The couch smelled like an ashtray and there was a heavy mildew smell in many areas. The washer and dryer both had standing water, there was mold on the blinds and baseboards. The AC did not cool appropriately, it stayed 78-79 in the evenings. My husband checked out the return filter and it was caked in filth. We would not recommend this unit.

Cozy and awesome

We absolutely loved our stay in your home. The house was super cozy and really felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything you wished for and the beds were super comfy. The location to the beach is amazing. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to an absolutely stunning beach. People at the checking were super friendly and we loved being in this beautiful gated community where you can walk, go for bike rides, swim, play golf and do so much more. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to truly relax. And the fact that you have a porch to sit outside and the pool just opposite of the house, is perfect too. Awesome! Thank you so much.

This house was the perfect location, close to the beach Very spacious Loved the deck outside Equipped with everything you needed especially in the kitchen! The only thing I wish they offered was a bbq! Looking forward to booking for next summer

First time to HHI

Loved the fact that is community was gated. Being a first time vacationer to the area I felt comfortable staying here. The location of the home was so close to the beach only a 5 min. House was clean and the amenities were perfect for us.

Wonderful locale and condo

Great place, very close to beach in a great area; close to Sonesta Resort (we were here for a wedding). Comfortable beds and nice master bath. The coffee pot wasn’t working the first morning and Vacasa replaced it same day and was very responsive. The rep at check in was very nice and friendly. I was concerned about the odor that another reviewer mentioned and we didn’t notice anything other than the normal beach smell you have at every place at the beach. We would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Good Location

Location is the only thing this property had going for it. Close to pool and within about .25 mile walk to the beach. However, there was a foul smell that we determined was the couch. The rugs were filthy and the refrigerator was not cooling. Thankfully we brought our own disinfectant wipes and spray, we didn’t feel like it was as clean as it should have been. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable but that’s just a personal preference. We would not choose this property again.

Online pictures gloried what was not real!

Check in was not till 4 PM we got there at 7pm they said they were doing extra cleaning due to Covid19. When we got there which we left them in additional 3hours to clean this unit it was very nasty. There was trash on the floor ..to include dog hair..the kitchen had not even been wiped down the stove and the microwave were extremely dirty and greasy ..The back door had fingerprints of a dog for some kind of animal. The bathroom shower had mold and hair the toilet was not even scrubbed. Basically this unit had not even been cleaned I was expecting immaculate service as they thrived about being safe due to COVID-19.... I called the property manager and he sent a cleaning service back out to clean the unit...a big inconvenience as we had already checked in and that unit should’ve been cleaned

It was amazingly well kept! Very spacious and literally across from the pool and 5 minute walking distance from the beach. Everyone was very friendly. Our only complain is with property management... the guest bathroom’s light bulb wasn’t working so we asked for them to come and take a look at it, but during our 4 day stay, nobody from management showed up. So our kids had to shower with 1/2 the bathroom in darkness. Hope they fix that before the next guests arrive!

Lovely well-stocked home

We love HHI and The Shipyard. This home is decorated very well and stocked with plenty of great things. The master bed is comfortable and the master shower is very nice. The cabinet and counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms are also great. Our only issue was a musty smell and the smell of cigarette smoke in the home. I’m not sure if the cigarette smell came from another unit but this unit definitely smelled and bothered our sinuses. My husband ended up changing the air filter in the air conditioner, which was black with layers of dust. I also wish that Vacasa was more responsive to emails and phone calls. Before our stay, I tried repeatedly to add extra days to our stay but was unable to get a call back or a return email. Other than those issues, our stay was nice.

Location, Clean, Well Equipped

We loved this condo. It’s in the last section of condos in Shipyard Plantation making it an easy walk or bike ride to the beach access point. It’s also right across from the Beachwalk pool. The kitchen was well equipped for the light cooking we did. A smart TV was included with a Netflix subscription. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Attractive Condo!

This condo has newer updates in the Master Bath and Kitchen that are both beautiful and functional. The owner added a lot of artwork and color to the condo. We love Beachwalk because it is so close to the beach and have stayed in this complex often.

Location. Location. Location.

The location is perfect, just across from the pool and short walk to the beach. The condo has everything you need and more in the kitchen. It truly feels like home. The master mattress wasn't horrible but not the greatest. It was a bit too firm for our liking and noisy when you roll over. I would definitely stay again and bring a mattress topper.
