About this property

Exceptional Beachfront 3/2 on Ground Floor! Gorgeous Views!

Sea Vista Condominiums is the closest complex to the water in all of South Padre Island. Our ground level unit was completely renovated in 2020 with brand new appliances, fixtures, lighting, bathrooms and kitchen with quartz counter tops. There is a TV in the master, both guest rooms and living area. Master has a King bed, guest room #1 has 2 queen beds and guest #2 has 2 full beds. Plenty of room to sprawl around. We have our own personal charcoal grill on our patio and 2 Adirondack chairs.
Access to the beach from our back door!! No need to tote your beach supplies and coolers up and down the stairs or elevators. No need to worry about the elevator breaking down! Just simply walk out our back door walk a few steps to the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Our unit has a beautiful view straight to the ocean. We take incredible care of our homes. We want you to feel like you are at home and not a "rental". If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway...this is it!

We really enjoyed our stay here to celebrate my fathers 80th Birthday. The condo was just as advertised, clean, nice and modern and lots of space. It was nice and close to the beach and had all the kitchen appliances needed. We enjoyed our time in the ocean and the nice pool. Everyone was very responsive with any questions we had and would most certainly return in the future.Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home!

The perfect place! Everything was very clean and well stocked. And they even provided everything we needed to make beach time fun time. We also had my elderly mom with us and there was access to the beach out the side of the building for her roll on out close to the sand. She didn’t have a single stair to contend with from the parking lot to the unit to the beach.

Great beach getaway
