Exceptional Beachfront 3/2 on Ground Floor! Gorgeous Views!

Sea Vista Condominiums is the closest complex to the water in all of South Padre Island. Our ground level unit was completely renovated in 2020 with brand new appliances, fixtures, lighting, bathrooms and kitchen with quartz counter tops. There is a TV in the master, both guest rooms and living area. Master has a King bed, guest room #1 has 2 queen beds and guest #2 has 2 full beds. Plenty of room to sprawl around. We have our own personal charcoal grill on our patio and 2 Adirondack chairs.
Access to the beach from our back door!! No need to tote your beach supplies and coolers up and down the stairs or elevators. No need to worry about the elevator breaking down! Just simply walk out our back door walk a few steps to the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Our unit has a beautiful view straight to the ocean. We take incredible care of our homes. We want you to feel like you are at home and not a "rental". If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway...this is it!

Wonderful Stay!

This condo was everthing and more than advertised, and the owner, Mari, was so attentive to any and all questions. Will definitely rent again whenever we return to Sea Vista!

Great beach getaway

We have stayed here before and love it. Being on the 1st floor makes beach time easy. The condo is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We will hopefully be back again!

Nice location

Nice quiet area. Entire place was brand new and renovated. The walk to the beach was very short, and that side of the beach seems less crowded that the other beach access. Would book again

Love love this place! Right on the beach, beautifully decorated and almost everything provided but the food! Property owner very accessible and answered questions fast! Definitely a must to stay in! We are figuring dates out now for next year! 10/10

Great property, location and owner

The property, location and owner of the home were great! The condo was beautiful and very clean. We were ground level with a beautiful view and short distance from the beach. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and sand toys were provided which made for lots of fun and easier packing. We would definitely recommend.

Beach bliss

We escaped cold and snow for SPI, and loved it! Mari’s property is charming with beautiful beach views. We enjoyed sunrise over the ocean while enjoying coffee on the porch. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you for sharing your place with us.

I can't say enough about this property. It is beautifully done and well maintained. The location is the best spot on the beach and you always feel safe, secure and welcome. I am already planning dates to book our next visit. Highly recommend.

We love this property!

This is the second year we have stayed here and it is ideal. Steps from the beach, great pool, very clean and cozy. We love the ground floor access and the owners have really taken the time to make sure you have all you need. With all of the craziness going on between COVID and the hurricane the owners were super easy to work with. We will be back!

Property was just as described. The condo was nicely decorated with great costal vibes. All the linens were crisp clean. The condo was well stocked with laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, hand soap & toilet paper. Very nice coffee pot and all the pots and pans needed for a short stay. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family.

Family vacation

It was for a sisters week. The condo is a little smaller than it looks online, however it is very nice. The beds are comfortable and it is an easy walk to the beach. We only had a problem because a storm came thru the day after we arrived and it flooded out part of the walkway to the beach and you would have to wade thru water up to your knees to get to the beach.

The perfect place! Everything was very clean and well stocked. And they even provided everything we needed to make beach time fun time. We also had my elderly mom with us and there was access to the beach out the side of the building for her roll on out close to the sand. She didn’t have a single stair to contend with from the parking lot to the unit to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here to celebrate my fathers 80th Birthday. The condo was just as advertised, clean, nice and modern and lots of space. It was nice and close to the beach and had all the kitchen appliances needed. We enjoyed our time in the ocean and the nice pool. Everyone was very responsive with any questions we had and would most certainly return in the future.Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Our trip to South Padre was wonderful. The condo was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need for a great day at the beach. It was our grandson’s first trip to the beach and he loved it. The host was very informative and gave us several suggestions for places to eat. I can’t wait to return.
