The first floor has a full kitchen half bath, laundry room, dining room and living room with wall to wall glass doors. The second floor has two mater bedrooms with full bathroom. The Master bathroom has a walk in shower and the second bathroom has a bathtub, shower combination.
There is assigned parking and one spot directly in front of the unit.

The international airport ECP is 18 miles away. Servicing Delta, Southwest, American airlines and United.

Outdoor and nature enthusiast will love Camp Helen State Park which is less than a 5 minutes drive. Or you can walk there directly from the beach! Loggerhead turtles nest on our beach. You may be luck and see them hatch!
Look for our Coastal Dune Lakes. Coastal Dune Lakes are a very rare natural phenomena that only occur in a handful of locations around the globe, including New Zealand, Australia, Madagascar and South Walton, Florida. In fact, South Walton has 15 named coastal dune lakes along its 26 miles of coastline.
There are nearby golf courses. You can charter deep sea fishing boats or dive charters from Panama City Diving. Scuba divers love the new Underwater Museum of Art and snorkelers love the hundreds of new artificial reefs. Dont forget to visit the numerous crystal clear fresh water springs in this unique area. St Andrews State park, which is popular with wind surfers, and a great place for snorkeling and scuba diving also. Plus the best Fish tacos at Fins!
Silver Sands premium Outlet mall is 24 miles away and offers more great shopping and dining. And Grand Boulevard has world class shopping and some of my favorite places to eat.
Winn Dixie is within walking distance or have groceries delivered with Publix grocery delivery service. If you dont feel like cooking. There are restaurants galore nearby!
The best part of having a town home on the beach is you can walk right up to the house when you need a break from the sun or to grab a cool drink or use the bathroom. No need to go in a lobby and up elevators like in high rises.
