Great location, wonderful host

The location is very convenient in the quiet Naxxar area, with sufficient free parking and within 30 minutes drive to all interesting sites on the island. The house is very complete both in kitchen and BBQ equipment, but also in stocks of general items like oil, herbs, cleaning materials, sauces, etc. Additionally the host stocks an extensive fridge and drink supply and food supply for a very fair price, if you choose to use it.

A wonderful stay

The property was fantastic. The pool was lovely; just perfect for our family with 5 year olds. The inside was huge and well equipped. Would definitely return. The property manager was superb and made the stay perfect. Thank you !

Great Holiday

We all had a great holiday at Villa Naxaar which is in a great location on the island.Great pool area and comfortable accommodation with air con in all rooms which was needed with the hot weather we had on our stay.Thanks Mario for all your help during our stay and we were all sad that the week went so fast.

Delightful holiday 2019

We had a delightful week in Malta. The property was ideally placed to explore all the sights and beaches. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a hot day’s sightseeing. Mario was very helpful and dealt with all our queries. We would highly recommend staying here.

Villa Naxxar Malta

We had a fantastic family holiday made all the better by staying in this lovely, spacious property. The owner, Mario, took care and time to ensure we had a great time and met all our requests very promptly. The villa was very clean throughout and situated in the quiet suburb of Naxxar. We would revisit this property as it represented good all round value.

Very nice, spacious villa

We were in this villa with 8 people and had a very nice stay. On arrival, Mario welcomed us very friendly. There is also a pantry with drinks and food. The pool is very clean, cleaned every morning by Mario. When we wanted something, Mario was available. Highly recommended. Many thanks, Mario

Ideally situated beautiful flat

This flat is huge, beautiful and very well-maintained with a fabulous outdoor area. It is ideally situated in a quiet residential area with easy access to Valletta, Gozo, Medina and Rabat and the airport. The Mario was a very attentive host providing loads of useful information for us, and couldn't have been more helpful. We would certainly recommend this property. Thank you Mario!

Much bigger and better than expected. Lovely pool.

We have just returned from a most enjoyable stay in this property, I must say the pictures do not really do it justice, it is much larger than it looks, and was just what we were looking for, somewhere with lots of outdoor space for alfresco dining, and a wonderful pool, very well maintained by the owner Mario. We were very impressed with the fact that our every need was immediately cared for and any issues we had dealt with promptly. We would love to return some day, and would have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending the property to anyone who wishes for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Thanks again Mario.

We loved the pool!!!!

The pool made a total difference for Our stay. We enjoyed it so Much. Unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evening making sitting out there not comfortable. The owner was always ready to help us, and he contacted us Daily to hear if everything was ok. We had some problems concerning the electricity during nighttime. Fluctuations in the powersupply caused a lot of problems making lights turn on and off disturbing Our sleep.

Amazing Villa in a great location

We are frequent visitors to Malta to our own apartment but with social distancing and COVID-19 policies we decided that a villa with its private pool and outdoor areas would allow us to enjoy Malta with a few less worries. We struck gold with this villa! The outdoor space was massive and got the sun all day. The private pool was also very large and provided the relief from the heat when needed. Inside the villa was spacious and in immaculate condition, a large family kitchen allowed us to cook in when we wanted, a cosy living room with great TV choices was tv there for an evening chill out too. Using taxis we able to see any part of the island very quickly due to the great central location. The villa owner Mario was on hand throughout our stay and could not have been more helpful. He offered local knowledge and advice and was genuinely just a caring and nice man. Mario thank you so much and we cannot wait to return in the future!

The property was perfect for a small group (there were 6 of us) the outside pool area was awesome

This property had everything necessary for a perfect holiday. Would highly recommend and will certainly return.

Great Stay!

A Fantastic Place to be, comfortable rooms, very relaxing terrace and pool area. Shopping and Dining facilities nearby. Mario,the owner, was there when you needed him,showed us around to introduce Naxxar. Very friendly,decent and relaxed. Stayed with 9 People,spacy enough. We all would go there again

SWEET PROPERTY TO SPEND HOLIDAYS IN FAMILY

The house was clean and Mario give us all the facilities required, he is very good landlord he shows us the way to all markets around to do the shopping and give us special discounts for water. The house is very nice and full furnished, you have all that you need to spend a good time there. The BBQ and pool zone are very comfortable. If we go back to Malta we will contact him again for sure!

Lovely house with great pool

What a great house to stay in! We loved everything! We had everything we needed. Whenever we had a question we had an immediate answer. We recommend this property to everyone. Quiet, but still close to the centre and supermarket.

beautiful villa with great facilities

I ance Maltese family and, since my divorce, have visited the island yearly for the last 3 years. This year my partner and I took my 3 children (15, 12 & 10) so a hotel would proove cramped and I came upon this villa. The property was stunning from the entrance throughout to the private rear garden. We hosted a " family" bbq to which my cousins and their children came (15 of us!). The owner made sure the pool was cleaned and the bbq was checked before they arrived. He checked in,by email, most days to see if he could help in anyway. I can't fault this property or the owner in anyway.

Fantastic location, only a few minutes walk from supermarket, shops and all the daily essentials. Bus stops are also very close with direct access to many places including Sliema, St. Julians, Bugibba and many more. Regretfully the bus service is not very reliable. Would therefore recommend hiring a car. Super place with fantastic owner. Palazzo Parisio is about 10 minutes walk away. Fantastic place to visit. Many other great places that Malta has to offer including mainly VAlletta and Mdina. Mario the owner was absolutely super, very kind and always available when required. He also gave us some great money saving tips. All in all definately a great holiday location with a great host. Will surely return.

Very enjoyable

Place is very clean, spacious with nice modern furniture. It is very comfortable and well equipped. WIFI connection was great. Pool is also very clean. Outdoor area is very well lit and very comfortable. BBQ was great and we enjoyed quite a few steaks. All apertures have insect screens but if mosquitoes bug you, it's best to get some cream or citronella spray. Location is good. Banks, shops, supermarkets are very close. Bus stop is just 5 mins walk from property. However we hired a car for a few days and as we did sightseeing most days. Malta is a great place, many places to visit. Must see is Valletta, Medina, Mosta church, Comino, Gozo and Golden Bay beach. Valleta needs a full day to visit, of special interest is St. John Cathedral, Armoury, Upper Barraka and Malta Experience. The owner is very hospitable. Gave us great holiday information and was regularly in contact with us to see that all was OK. Will surely return to this property. Highly recomended.

Great Relaxing Holiday In Malta

The place was great, very clean, spacious and very comfortable, suited us perfectly. The pool and outdoor areas were fabulous and very clean. Property is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, banks, etc. The owner (Mario) was very accommodating and gave us some great holiday tips. We hired a car whilst in Malta. Bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away however we highly recommend a car it if you want to see the island. Highly recommendable.

Fantastic holiday

When arrived greeted by Mario (owner). Was very helpful and gave us many information about Malta. Property very clean and nice furniture. During our holiday owner very good to give information and to see our needs. Location perfect, very quiet but only few minites walk to bus stops. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks are very close. Bus service in Malta not very punctual. Car is recommended to see Malta. Maltese people very helpful, nice and friendly. This property very good, recomend very much. Will deffinately come back to Malta and will sure return to this property.

Fantastic Malta holiday break. Great owner

Everything was perfect. Mario, the owner was very helpful and very attentive to details. He gave us what was promised and more. He was also constantly in contact with us by email to ensure that everything was OK. He also gave us some fantastic tips about the places to visit and about many offers which were available at the time. The property has all the amenities one needs on holiday and much more. It is very clean and extremely well equipped. It has very modern brand new furniture and is very bright and comfortable. The outdoor area is very spacious and has a great swimming pool with sunbeds, BBQ, etc. Wifi was perfect. We couldn't ask for anything else. It is very centrally located, close to all amenities. We hired a car and went around sightseeing many of the fantastic places Malta has to offer. Hiring a car is highly recommendable. We used to have our breakfast outside by the pool and have our daily morning swim. Then off to one of the many places that Malta has to offer, highly recommended are Valletta, Mdina, Rabat, Gozo, Comino & Blue Lagoon, Marsaxlokk (on Sundays), Mosta, Mellieha and Golden Bay beaches, etc. In the evenings we would either cook on the BBQ and eat outside to enjoy a quiet evening by the pool or go out to one of the many available restaurant offers that the owner told us about. We were a party of 6. Considering the price paid, it turned out to cost us just over €40 Euro per person per day. Definitely worth every penny for what is on offer. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Malta. We will surely return.
