We had a fantastic time in this cozy cabin getting away from all the chaos of the city. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely visit again.
A few issues (low water pressure, super squeaky master bed, squeaky floors, missing window coverings, no trash pick up from previous stay) but overall a great cabin and location. Loved the view and layout!
Great place to stay; easy access to Blue Ridge and McCaysville.

Hi Stephanie,
Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your review. We're glad to hear you loved the location. I’m sorry to hear about the road conditions on the way in — we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future for an even better experience.
No real issues with this cabin. It was nice and we found it exactly as advertised. The only drawbacks for us was that the water pressure only at the kitchen sink was very poor. Also, the double doors that lead outside to the ground level out of the basement are a hard no for us. There's simply no way to protect yourself from intrusion should someone try to kick/push in from the outside. As remote as this cabin is, being secure inside at night is a must, especially in today's crazy world.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and for noting that the cabin was as advertised and met your expectations overall. We checked the water pressure at the home and did not find any issues. There is signage throughout the property noting that the cabin is on a well system, which can cause temporary drops in pressure if multiple water sources are being used at the same time. Regarding the basement double doors, they have been inspected and are locking properly. Guest safety is extremely important to us, and we would never leave a known security issue unaddressed. We appreciate you sharing your concerns and are glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay.
The Daydreamer was very clean and had that home away from home feel. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
It was not a good start when we had no body soap in any of the three bathrooms. So the first night was without that. Need more clarification on how to use Wi-Fi and general TV. The fireplace seems to be dangerous so we didn’t use that. Other small things wish were better. But the ping-pong was fun.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear your stay didn't have a good start due to the missing soap. We have ensured that they are full and that housekeeping checks them on every clean. All TVs available in the home are streaming-only for guests to sign into their own accounts. Our team confirms that all Tvs are working, the Wifi is working, and the login information is correct. Additionally, our team checked both fireplaces, and they are working as needed. We value your insights and hope to host you again for a smoother stay.

Family trip to the mountains
This cabin was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils to make meals. The grill worked and was easy to access from the kitchen. Everyone had a great time and definitely loved the hot tub and ping pong table. The wifi was very slow when we arrived, the cable company was called and came out the next day and fixed it. After that it worked great and was fast. We had a great trip and will definitely be back!
The cabin was exactly what we needed. The layout was perfect for 4 adults. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a hangout area downstairs. Firepit and hottub to complete it.

Great Family Vacation
House was clean, had good privacy. Three floors so we could spread out, but ample seating in living room so we could pile together too!
Close to the activities we had planned.
Loved it!
