This is truly the way to enjoy Santa Barbara. We are walking distance to all - the beach, harbor, public pool, Stearns Wharf and the main street downtown (State Street) that hosts the best restaurants, shops and theaters. We also offer rare private reserved parking, enabling you to park you car freely. Why waste time in traffic or looking for parking as parking in Santa Barbara can be a challenge and the highways do experience significant traffic delays. We are located in a residential area, not a commercial thorough fare or next to the rail road tracks or highway. We also offer a large private courtyard with Italian fountain, chaise lounges table and chairs and gas grill, that enable you to relax and enjoy the sun, or cook you local favorites on our gas grill. You will not find a comparable vacation rental when comparing location, quality and price!

Perfect Santa Barbara rental
Property exactly as depicted in description. Maybe even better. Close to everything. Decor impeccable. We never cooked but all the kitchen items were available. Quiet neighborhood. Patio very spacious and comfortable. Would rent again.
Easy walk to the beach. We stayed with another couple and it was very comfortable and clean. Nice kitchen
Owner was responsive and friendly. We had one request, for a coffee maker. I texted the number provided, and within the hour, someone showed up at the door with both a coffee maker and filters. Above and beyond in my opinion.
Check in: the driveway and lock boxes were hard to find after dark, the neighborhood is quiet with no bright lights at night. FYI this is a unit within a multi-plex, not a standalone house, although it has its own entrance and private outdoor space. S once you figure out how to get in, it feels like a house.
Indoors: Two nice bedrooms, two nice full bathrooms. Beautiful very functional kitchen with dishwasher, and a small but comfy living room. No dining table but the outdoor patio has a lovely table that we used for every meal.
Location: neighborhood and parking were exactly as advertised, remarkably convenient. Price was totally reasonable given the location and quality. Would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay in this property. Was a couple of blocks walking distance to the beach, State Street and restaurants. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
