Ideal location close to everything!

Backyard was private and like a hideaway from all the other homes. Location was close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Neighborhood inconsistent with many rental homes. A lot of tear downs with new homes being built. A lot of traffic driving through. House was nicely updated in bathrooms and kitchen and very well appointed. Communication with owner was flawless. Great experience.
