Beach House Getaway lives up to its name in every way. This beachfront treasure is spacious and comfortable with a charming, homey atmosphere. This lovely, two-level beach house was newly remodeled in 2015 and has all of the essentials, including a private hot tub on the back deck, a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a landscaped yard and lawn, mature trees, foosball, ping-pong, and air hockey tables, and more. This property is perfectly prepared to be your new favorite home away from home.

Places to Visit During Your Stay
Enjoy being two blocks from Garden City's restaurants, gift shops, and other attractions while still enjoying some quiet down a private road right on the shore. You can also explore the area by foot or bike as a path is accessible nearby.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family Weekend

Our favorite place

This is our favorite place to stay. Plenty of rooms. The kids love the play room and tv room. The hot tub is a very popular place to be. The Kitchen is well stocked and user friendly. (We did not have good water pressure at the kitchen sink and had to heat water to get it hot enough to wash the dishes. ) We would book this home again and again if we could get it.

The house was awesome, several games to play, awesome game room., toy box full of toys for the younger kids. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room, nice playground. The whole house was so nicely decorated. Definitely would rent again.

Well stocked

This home is very thoughtfully supplied. The kitchen has a wide assortment of tools and platters and plenty of utensils, plates, bowls, cups etc. we are a big group who cooked a lot and we never ran out or came out short. Plenty of bedding, plenty of towels, and soap etc.

Always a delight.

This was our 4th year at the Beach House Getaway and we had a great time. The hot tub was broken and they were unable to get it fixed while we were there but we hardly missed it. Management worked so hard to try to meet our needs. We felt well taken care of. Hope to return next year.

Great location

This was a second stay at the Beach House Getaway. The house was perfect for our kids and grandkids. We love being on the waterfront. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only issue was had was there wasn’t any propane for the BBQ.

Bear Lake Beach House

We loved that it was right on the beach. The amenities were all there, firepit, hot tub, grills, games, etc. It allowed us to stay in place as a family and not go into town on a holiday weekend, which we didn't want to do because of Covid. Great weekend!!

Bear Lake’s best

Beach House Getaway/ Fantastic

We loved everything about this home. It is very equipped. User friendly, close to the beach, fun playhouse. Rooms are private with plenty of bathrooms. Master bedroom is quiet and so nice. We cannot say enough good about. We are anxiously awaiting to book it again and again.

We had a great experience staying in this beautiful lakeside home!

We loved staying in this beautiful home. It was clean, spacious, and well maintained. We loved being right on the lake and enjoyed the lovely yard. The home has lots of fun things to keep people entertained. It is close to the marina and very close to town. We brought our bikes and loved getting around so easily thanks to the awesome location. I would book this property again in a heartbeat!

Incredible gathering place and right on the water!

This property is amazing. Its greatest features for our family of 19 (including 9 children) that stayed here included great living spaces up and down, and an AMAZING game room with pink-pong, bumper pool and air hockey. The kids and adults had no shortage of things to do. The bathroom number (5) is great. The back deck (seating for 20+ and a swing bench) with barbecue and hot tub is so fun and the shaded tables and the lovely landscaping with trees provide such a relaxing environment - and I haven't even mentioned yet that the lake is RIGHT THERE just about 10 feet from the fire pit (we stayed on a high-water full lake year) The fire pit has lots of circumferential seating, and the grassy area to the south has to be about 1/2 acre itself- plenty big for a game of whiffle ball, volleyball and night games for the kids. The swingset is so fun and great for kids large and small. What a fun spot! We are sure to return. We rented jet skis from the marina just a mile or so up the road north and rode them down the lake to the property and rented paddle boards in Garden City to use from the shore. The beach is fairly rocky and reedy on this high water year (but the entire lake is ).

This is such a great place to stay!

We had a family reunion with kids ages 3 to 74. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and comfortanble. Good sized kitchen. Lots of fun games and toys to use in the playroom and right o nthe lake! We loved it!

Beautiful home with extras!

The house was great for our big family. This home is beautiful in a wonderful setting. It is well stocked with lots of extras and clean. Our kids loved the game room. We would use again.
