The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator, above the "BOULANGER" store located at 30 rue du 22 novembre
Since Rue du 22 Novembre is a pedestrian street, you can access the building by car only at certain times (from 6 am to 11 am).
Immediately nearby (about 100 meters) are the public parking lots "indigo LES TANNEURS" and "indigo KLEBER". These parking lots are in the city center, so convenient for one or a few hours, but it costs 44 euros for 24 hours!
You also have the option to park in the Halles P2 Sebastopol parking lot, Halles P3 Marais vert (about 500 meters) or at the GARE WODLI parking lot (about 900 meters) which costs 20 euros for 24 hours.
The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you best during your stay:
cleaning will be done,
beds will be made with clean sheets, and a sofa bed kit will be available,
clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel,
free WIFI connection

The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (These equipments are designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the baby bed, the mattress dimension is 60x120cm or reserve the "baby bedding" option as an extra.
In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants in the accommodation, including adults, children, and babies, cannot exceed 15 people.
Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.
House Rules:
This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.
Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.
For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.
A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

Great apartment within easy walking distance to the train station as well as the Cathedral of Notre Dame and La Petite France. Kitchen is well equipped although we only ate our breakfasts in the apartment. A grocery store is almost directly across the street. The apartment has plenty of room with all the amenities one might need-coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The sink and faucet in one bathroom is a little odd...the sink is very shallow and the faucet hangs low so that a person can only wash one hand at a time. A taller faucet that hangs high would work better with this sink but one can easily manage with what is there. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Strasbourg!
Alles in Ordnung. Ein Problem gab es allerdings mit dem Öffnen der Schlüsselanlsgebox. Damit sind wir nicht klargekommen, vielleicht ist die Übersetzung ins Deutsche schlecht oder die Beschreibung müsste besser sein, eventuell mit Bildern. Wir mussten den Schlüssel beim Auschecken in der Wohnung ablegen. Gott sei Dank war bei der Ankunft Personal vor Ort, so dass wir in das Apartment hinein konnten. Einige kleinere Mängel wurden dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, der auch prompt schriftlich reagiert hat.
En quatre jours pleins très bien pour visiter les principaux monuments et musées de la ville et profiter de la gastronomie locale …
Nous avons consacré une journée pleine à visiter le camp de Struthof et le mémorial alsacien ( à faire ou pas pour bien comprendre où peut aller la barbarie humaine ) ainsi que deux petits villages sur la route ....
Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Belle grandeur appartement, parfait pour 2 couples, belle localisation dans le centre-ville. Appartement bien équiper et super communication avec l'agence. Un gros merci pour l’expérience !!

Excellent séjour.
Les + : un climatiseur qui ne figurait pas sur le site, en marche à notre arrivée (sous canicule). Gewurtztraminer et bretzels offerts pour le premier apéro... Très bonne literie. Emplacement idéal.
Les - : quartier bruyant, livraisons du magasin Carrefour City presque en face dès l'aube.
Ouverture de la porte difficile à comprendre, ou alors on n'est vraiment pas doué...
Les assiettes du bas des piles pas propres.
Chasse d'eau à revoir ; idem pour l'écoulement de la douche.
Mais l'ensemble reste très positif et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Appartement super bien situé en plein centre ville, très spacieux, bien équipé et vraiment idéal avec des enfants. Un contact très sympathique et très réactif avec la gestion. De plus vous garer votre voiture et n'en avait plus besoin de tout votre séjour. Tout se fait à pied ou avec le tram

Un bon logement dans l'ensemble
Un bon logement dans l'ensemble, idéalement situé pour profiter au maximum du marché de Noël.
Gros problème de communication. Suite à un problème de date, grosse difficulté d'échange car Abritel nous renvoyer vers le gérant et inversement !
Après négociation avec le gérant nous avons réussi à régler la situation mais malgré plusieurs appel de ma part sur le nombre de personne pour le séjour il manquait le nécessaire de couchages dans l'appartement. Il nous a fallu attendre 1h30 dans le logement pour que les choses se règle.
En résumé, bon logement mais il ne FAUT PAS passé par Abritel et voir directement avec Cotoon Alsace.

Appartement bien placé, propre bien équipé, sécurisé . Alliant qualité et prix , cerise sur le gâteau l’accueil de Monsieur David qui durant tous notre séjour était à notre écoute pour répondre au moindre de nos besoins ou renseignements...
Pour fidéliser un client satisfait lui accorder à son prochain séjour une petite réduction à part cela tous ce qui sera amélioré ne serait qu’un plus...
