Great apartment for our 2 week summer holiday. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and spacious enough for a family of 6. It had a great balcony view of Pleney, but only enough seating for 2.
The apartment is minutes walk in the centre of the village.

Just had 2 weeks here. Micheal the owner met us on arrival, was very obliging, and quickly responded. The apartment has lovely views and sunny balcony at the end of a busy day. Adequately equipped and clean. Take your own pillows. We had a fantastic holiday and would recommend this accommodation.
Très bon logement : spacieux et bien agencé.Plein de petits détails très pratiques :- casier à ski dans l'appartement- vaisselle en quantité- chaise haute- pièce de vie très spacieuse- chambres spacieuses et sdb pour chaque !Je recommande
L'appartement est bien rénové et tres fonctionnel. La vue est sympathique et la navette pour le centre estau pied de l'appartement . A pied, ce n'est pas loin mais le sentier monte fort après une journée de ski. Je conseille sans hésiter.

Nicely renovated apartment within a traditional chalet. Unfortunately there were urine stains on a mattress and mattress protector. The manager swiftly changed the mattress, but not the protector. This is not acceptable.
The location is to far away from the town centre.
Très beau duplex dans quartier calme...

A lovely newly renovated apartment over two floors. Great location with reliable, efficient bus service every half hour just outside your door. Lots of restaurants and bars in close proximity. Would recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful Apartment catering for all your needs
Beautiful Modern Duplex apartment which catered for our party of 6 adults comfortably. Bright airy living space with large dining table. Kitchen comprised of cooker, hob and microwave, large Fridge and bonus drinks fridge and dishwasher. Bedrooms with their own shower & sink (except one bedroom upstairs which was seperate).
Location was ideal for walking into town either down the bank close by or a 10 minute walk over the Bridge directly into town. The FREE Public bus which is steps away from the apartment was fantastic bonus (the only thing i would recommend is if a time table could be placed in apartment so visitors know the times, which were roughly on the hour and half past from the apartment).
The little Ski Lockers in the corridor were also ideal for storing our skis and boots after a day on the slopes.
The owner Michael was always quick to respond to any emails prior to arrival and the arrival process was quick and easy and he came to meet us after we settled in.
I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would definitely go back.

Fantastic place
Property beautifully renovated and in a great position for our summer stay. Close enough to the town to ensure easy access but not too close so nice and quiet. Stunning views from the balcony.
Owner very helpful and always responded very quickly when contacted.
Only very slight niggle was uncomfortable pillows which affected sleep but that is quite individual.
Didn’t realise that all the lifts and buses stop at the beginning of September which did limit things but didn’t stop our holiday being a great success.

Very nice apartment in great location
Really nicely renovated duplex apartment, ideal for party size of six. The location is on the super Morzine side of the valley a short stroll from the centre of Morzine. The views are really nice.
Excellent no quibble service from the property owner.

Un superbe duplex, emplacement idéal
Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce magnifique duplex (3 adultes, un enfant en bas âge). Dans un chalet typique de la haute Savoie, l'appartement a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût, des matériaux de qualité et plein d'équipements très appréciables! Chaque chambre et chaque salle de bain sont différentes, toutes dans un esprit chalet moderne. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'équipement disponible pour les enfants en bas âge (lit bébé, petite table à langer, chaise haute).
Le séjour est très agréable avec sa cuisine ouverte et sa vue directe sur les pistes de Morzine. Le mauvais temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter du balcon qui est très spacieux et avec un très jolie vue.
Le duplex est idéalement situé - à quelques minutes du centre mais dans la partie calme de Morzine. Une navette s'arrête aux pieds du chalet pour se rendre dans le centre ou sur les pistes.
Je recommande vivement ce très beau duplex pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille!
