Magnifique condo sur la plage. AC dans chaque chambre. À quelques pas de la plage et Ă  cinq minutes de Laie, du centre culturel polynĂ©sien, de BYU-Hawaii, de boutiques et de bons restaurants. Voyagez n'importe oĂč sur l'Ăźle depuis l'arrĂȘt de bus situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ©. IdĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  moins de 20 minutes des plages et des sites de surf les plus populaires au monde, notamment de Waimea Bay, Sharks Cove, Turtle Bay, Pipeline, Sunset et Pounders! Piscine et salle de sport sur place. Grande plage pour la plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e et les enfants qui jouent dans l'eau.

Ce complexe de condominiums (Pat's at Punalu'u) est situĂ© Ă  Hauula, sur la cĂŽte nord d'Oahu, Ă  seulement 5 minutes de Laie. Il s'agit de l'une des communautĂ©s les plus connues de l'Église de JĂ©sus-Christ des Saints des Derniers Jours et du site de Laie Hawaii. C'est un condo d'une chambre situé directement sur la plage avec une vue spectaculaire sur la plage, l'océan et le coucher du soleil! Situé au-dessus du 3Úme étage, accessible par deux ascenseurs. Le condo a été entiÚrement rénové en 2019 et dispose d'une laveuse / sécheuse.

Gorgeous views!!!!! 25 min drive to North Shore. Great condo. Loved watching Sea Turtles swim from balcony. We tried the bottom bunk beds, but found the bed in the living room better. Only suggestion is to get better curtains for living room that are not so see through.

We had a great stay! The unit was cozy and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and professionally. Really appreciated the hospitality!

The condo was amazingly renovated. Everything felt new, with good taste and new. Amazing floor, amazing countertops, very nice cabinets.The location was also amazing, basically right above a nice quiet beach so we did snorkel there a couple times before going to the more famous ones (Kuilima cove was nice)There is a very good coffee Shak just 0.5 mile away, that also have nice drinks for the kids and a very good restaurant (crouching lion) 3 miles away, we ate there every dinner :). The coffee shak is in the direction of the crouching lionOverall great experience

Pool was closed for maintenance, but I don't think we would have used it anyway. The beach access was awesome. Snorkeling was great and we saw some turtles in the water and on the beach.The unit was updated, clean, and very functional for our family. The kitchen and laundry were very helpful. The location was great. It was nice to stay somewhere much quieter than the Waikiki area. Most of the activities we did were on that side of Oahu. Close to Kualoa Ranch, Polynesian Culture Center, BYU Hawaii, and North Shore area. The host was easy to contact and checked in here and there throughout our stay to ensure things were good. We had a late flight and didn't get to the place until after 11pm. There was a mix-up with fob and the host responded to our text right away and the issue was resolved in minutes. Very impressive.

Great location

Love the location and the view. The condo had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was disappointing not being able to use the lanai during the day because of the construction. Overall a really great place to stay. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Lovely, fully renovated, fully equipped, spacious beachfront apartment. Our 2 kids and us had a fantastic stay. It was just awesome waking up at that breathtaking view of the ocean every day!

Great Location with space for the family

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great safe beach with amazing sunrises. Space for everyone to do their thing which was important to us with teenagers. All facilities are available. Just what was needed to sit back and relax after a busy holiday.

We (2 of us) really enjoyed our ten (10) night stay at Bret’s Condo. We really enjoyed the location being away from the big city. The unit is located perfectly in the middle of the complex on the 4th floor, which gave us an excellent view of the grass, ocean, and palm tree’s. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. There were beach chairs and snorkeling gear in the closet which we used often. We threw the beach chairs in our rental and stopped along the coastline and used them many times to eat lunch or just enjoy the views.We slept in the bed that was make up for us in the living room. The bed is not a pull out couch bed, but one that comes out of a wall type unit. The bed was very comfortable and leaving it out still left plenty of room in the living area to enjoy the couch while watching tv. Although we did not use the bed’s in the bedroom, they are large for bunk type bed’s and also have tempur-pedic type mattresses on them.The unit has two (2) portable air conditioners
.one in the living room and one in the bedroom. They kept the unit very comfortable.As noted by reading past comments and mention by Bret at booking, there is construction going on at the condo. However, I can honestly say that the work that the where doing did not bother us at any time during our stay. No pounding or loud noises at all.I highly recommend Bret’s Condo and we are already looking at date(s) in the future to return.Thanks again Bret!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This condo is only 5 minutes from Laie and the Polynesian Cultural Center. The beach is absolutely beautiful and safe. Your only minutes from the best beaches in the world. The condo was totally remodeled in 2019 and is so luxurious. We made this property accommodate a larger family or group with full-size bunk beds in an extra-large bedroom.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You are right on a family safe beach with amazing views. Visit Oahu's most popular tourist attraction, the Polynesian Cultural Center which is only five minutes away. There you can hear the tales of the many different islands of the Pacific.

If it's winter, along the North Shore you'll be treated to 30 to 40-foot tall waves and some of the world's best surfers. You'll also find Waimea Bay where Captain Cook anchored and the beautiful Waimea Falls Park with its sacred sites, waterfall and wonderful hula dancers. Or drive a few more miles to the quaint town of Haleiwa and its many art galleries, boutiques and restaurants.

There is also horseback riding nearby and of course, the beach and the ocean - right outside your door!
