Condo always uses new clean linens and bedspreads on the memory foam matreeses and pillows along with frequently updated brand new bath mats and towels and beach towels as well.

Sometimes there are manta rays and monk seals. The bay is protected by a reef so no worries about predators from the sea. Additionally there is work on the far end of the building that doesnt effect this unit and no one has complained. The unit is comfortable and quiet and clean and we make changes to improve the place regularly and make us better hosts.
