Beautiful condo unit came with more little touches than esxpected. Loved that not only was the kitchen stocked, but also there were tons of spices, condiments ect in the fridge, and even some little necessities like foil and small extras you might need there. The "owners closest" was stocked full of chairs, floaties, umbrellas/covers, and kid's beach toys, too. Games, videos, books/magazines in the tv stand were thoughtful, and we loved the comfortable beds. Showers had good waterpressue, and we really appreciated the substantial towels (plenty of them) and the convenience of the in-condo washer/dryer.
Loved having a code for the doors instead of a key, too. Check in was exactly as noted, with simply entering with code, and all details and armbands left on counter in cute sand pail. Was already cooled down when we arrived, so all we had to do was grab a cart to bring up our stuff. Elevators worked just fine while we were there, so that was good. Note: they don't have A/C, so you do get sweaty if you are on long, but you get used to it after a few days.
Another note - we used the beach chair service daily instead of bringing down our own chairs, etc, which was very convenient. Do not leave anything on the beach overnight, though (like chairs to "save" your spot for next day), since beach is cleared nightly. We saw people make that mistake, would hate for you to lose the owner's stuff.
Nightly views from the large balcony were perfect, and we spent a lot of time out there. Great spot in the building, not too high or too low, good view of water and goings on - every early evening beach filled back up again with groups taking pictures of the sunset, evening swimmers, night beach games, and eventually gave way to flashlights/lanterns as it became dark and the circles of light bounced all around the sand. Fun to watch from balcony!
Overall, great property and would rent agaiin.
