This a 4 bedroom home with a 5th bonus room attached to the primary suite just off the deck. The 5th bonus room can sleep 2 people on the queen sized sleeper. It can also be used as an office or play room or all of these! There are 2 full bathrooms and a covered outdoor shower.

We are here to help you & your family feel comfortable during your vacation. Your perfect shore getaway awaits at this newly renovated, beautifully decorated, open concept beach condo in the desirable Ocean City garden area! This stunning 2nd/3rd floor sleeps 12 and is perfect for multiple or large families for your summers at the shore! Settled in the Northend, this home is located across from the Island Grille and Berenato’s Deli. A quick 1 1/2 blocks walk to the beach and boardwalk (Next to Brown's Donuts-yum!)

This is a 2nd & 3rd floor property that sleeps ~12 comfortably, 4 bedrooms plus an additional bonus bedroom room off the primary suite deck which can sleep 2 people in a brand new pull-out couch).
*Upstairs Sail Away Suite includes: 1 King Bed (New Sleep Number bed 2023)-sleeps 2 and full sized pull out couch-sleeps 2 children or 1 adult.
*Bonus Room is located off the Primary Suite deck with brand new full-sized pull-out couch-sleeps 2.
*Captain's Quarters-1 queen bed-sleeps 2 (new Casper mattress 2023)
*Patriotic Paradise-2 twin beds-sleeps 2
*Under the sea room-1 Twin Bunk Bed with Trundle and a single twin bed-sleeps 4.
*Additional sleeping arrangements: include 1 queen air mattress/premium quality and pack n play for the littlest beach bums.

Also included are 2 full bathrooms. TWO parking spaces in a private driveway.

****What to bring: Please provide your own bed sheets, pillowcases, towels/wash cloths and beach towels.

Accommodations include: Brand new full sized washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, cooking utensils, pots & pans, glassware, central A/C, wireless high-speed internet, TWO gorgeous front decks with seating and dining table, outdoor grill, enclosed outdoor shower, Comcast internet, 5 high-definition SMART TVs, 3 DVD players, Xbox, Nintendo, Amazon fire stick and Echo dot with Alexa!

You will "shorely" want to return each year with your family!

GREAT FAMILY VACATION VACATION

This property is spacious and clean. So close to the 1st street beach and next to a deli and 2 Great restaurants (Island Grill and Cousins). Biking the area is safe and fun for the whole family. We rented bikes. We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend this property.

Block and a half from Beach it’s a long block. My children had to take a lot of things up to the beach for their children. Next time we would get a house closer to the beach. The place was clean. The highchair they provided was very dirty. The icemaker on the refrigerator didn’t work well very little ice. The bedspreads were well worn.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our week at this pet-friendly property. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed and the covered porch was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The property owners were friendly and accessible and provided everything needed for a beach getaway (bikes, beach chairs, umbrella–and snacks!). And we never had to worry about parking as there is a private driveway. We had a great time and hope to return again!

Lovely beach vacation home

Renting this property was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The house was very clean, and freshly decorated. There were toys for our grandson and even a bowl for our dog. Beautiful and relaxing

Stayed with my husband and two of my three kids this past week.. the house is in a perfect location, is clean and updated. There are so many amenities with the house. My family had a great time staying at Violet Views, the 6 of us (including 4 children ages 3-11) had plenty of space, and the owners had everything you could need. We cooked a few nights and had all equipment needed, there were plenty of cleaning supplies, paper towels, board games, TVs equipped with various streaming services, etc. The location is just a short walk to the beach and right across the street from the deli and a restaurant. (Because of this it can get a little noisy but not bad and the huge deck more than makes up for that). We had a great stay!

Perfect for Our Daughter's Wedding Weekend

Our daughter was married at the OC Yacht Club and the third floor suite was the ideal spot for the bridal party to get ready, with plenty of space for hair and make-up, and dressing. Super-clean, all you could possibly need for your stay. Owners thought of everything! Eleven adult family members fit very comfortably. Quiet area of the island but easily accessible and close to beach/boardwalk. This lovely property made our special weekend easier and more enjoyable than we even hoped!

Thank you for a great OCNJ beach week! Upon arrival, the house was extremely clean. The master suite was beautiful. My children loved the bunk beds and playing with the toys and board games! The house had everything we needed. The location is a bit of a walk to the boardwalk but we loved that the beach location was quieter and a bit less crowded at the north end. We enjoyed takeout from Island Grill right across the street and a delicious breakfast at Doozey’s about 2 blocks away. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

We bought this property with our family and yours in mind - perfect location near everything you'd need, close enough to the beach/boardwalk with avoiding crowds, and ample parking and deck space. We've kept in mind what renters might want in the perfect beach property to make it as comfortable as possible. If you think of anything else, please don't hesitate to ask or make a request!

What makes this property unique

Corner lot with great outdoor porch steps away from the only deli on the island and convenient dining across the street! A large private driveway for 2 cars, use of 4 bikes and beach equipment and a beautifully decorated space makes for the perfect shore getaway!
